Missing Order – Hoping for Help
I’ve generally had a positive experience, which is why I wanted to reach out here regarding my current order. It has been marked as delivered, but unfortunately I haven’t received it and haven’t been able to locate the parcel.I understand the team may be busy, but I did try contacting customer service via email a few days ago and haven’t received a response yet, so I’m starting to feel a bit concerned, apologies for chasing!I would really appreciate it if someone could please look into this and help resolve the issue. Lovely designs.
Lovely designs.Easy to use website, description of items . Good communication on arrival of dress. Did have to contact customer service , as a problem on returns portal for the return of one of the dresses, but great correspondence, problem resolved very quickly .
