Honor the "no ads" customers, no ads should mean NO ADS!

I'm paying a premium for a "no ads" plan, but live events like the Fury vs. Makhmudov fight are still forcing ads on me. Using "live broadcast" as an excuse isn't acceptable when I'm paying an extra $11 monthly for an uninterrupted experience. Netflix needs to be transparent with warnings or provide an edited, ad-free replay. Stop hiking the prices if you aren't going to deliver the service promised.

Netflix is overpriced garbage

Netflix is overpriced garbage. The biggest scam of the century with this one household BS and ads. I’m trapped in a never ending loop trying to log out while it repeatedly tells me I’m not part of my own household and not letting me doing anything else. I hope whoever came up with this idea has diarrhea for the rest of their lives.

How can a company so big be so terribly…

How can a company so big be so terribly set up? Happy to increase prices every couple of years but the service is still appalling. By default, an extra member was set to a basic plan… instead of having the option to change their plan to match my own, Netflix have advised I need to wait for the next billing period, delete the extra member, add them again and select the plan to match my own. Both the agent on chat and on the phone didn’t understand there was no option to match the plan I’m on and it’s defaulted to a basic plan. Now, I have to wait a month to try and get this rectified as they have no option to change extra member plans themselves. Such a terrible process.

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish, nothing decent , foreign films with rubbish talk over , movies that's been on tv already , used to be good but now ! 0 star , just repeat repeat repeat , go bankrupt or do better stop showing utter rubbish

Over A Decade Netflix subscriber cancels membership for poor customer service

I have been a Netflix subscriber since they sent DVDs in the mail... loooong time. I was having an issue with my billing. I called to talk to a live person. Worst Customer service I have ever dealt with. I asked for a Supervisor because this agent was being rude. She told me no and told me to hang up. I again asked for a Supervisor and was again told no and told to hang up. I canceled my membership.

Too Expensive for Just 1 Person

Enjoyed Netflix until they doubled the price but "I get 2 devices". It's just me and I don't need to pay double for the same service. Ridiculous! Finally cancelled it and will take my $240/year and spend it somewhere else. Bye Bye!

Adds, boring, boring.

A few good programs, but mostly pretty ordinary. Nothing exciting enough to encourage me to run the “add” gauntlet. More adds, more coffee breaks, fold the washing , take a shower, dry my hair . Yeh! Almost as boring as the adds but a better use of my time. Oh, and by the way, I never buy anything advertised on TV.
