Not able to log in. I have been with Nebula Genomics since 2022 ad all has been good. until the 2 factor logon. Now need email address, password, kit number, fingerprint and now 2 factor code. I installed Google Authenticator and the code it generates is always incorrect. I have filled in THEIR forms to say I have this problem. I tell them I am 86 years old this month but there is in help, no reply. I have x30 WGS kit and fully paid. VERY disappointed. Anyone else in the same position??

TLDR; Paid for and sent in my sample for their WGS 100x test in August 2025 for $995. Was cited 12-14 weeks turnaround time. It has been 26 weeks. Contacted support 4 times since then. They provided zero assurances and deflected any estimated results delivery date. Company appears to take zero responsibility for what they promise. DNA Complete even removed the sample tracker from their website shortly after I sent in my order. FULL TIMELINE:Aug 1, 2025 — Ordered Elite 100x WGS. Paid $995 on a debit card.Aug 23, 2025 — I proactively emailed asking if I should send a new sample because USPS had been bouncing my kit around in high heat for almost 3 weeks. I was trying to help them get good results.Aug 25, 2025 — Support (Chrissie) confirmed receipt and assured me the sample was viable due to the lysis buffer.Oct 1, 2025 — I followed up asking for a timeline since my sample had been sitting at "arrived at facility" for over a month. Response: "we are unable to provide estimated wait times" but assured me they have "stringent quality standards" and that quality metrics are "a key differentiator."Nov 4, 2025 — Support (Diamond) told me it was just "workflow delays" and "higher-than-usual processing volume," that there was no issue with my sample or staffing, and that my analysis was in "the final stages." (Their lab subsidiaries had filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy six weeks earlier.)Nov 19, 2025 — I noticed the status tracker had disappeared from my portal. Support (Chrissie) confirmed they removed it as "a planned update." Now the story changed: my sample had been "repeated in order to meet quality metrics." They also told me "for privacy reasons, we do not have access to full, detailed information regarding the processing of individual samples." They encouraged me to "review our policies regarding timelines, as we do not guarantee specific delivery times."Jan 20, 2026 — I checked in again noting it had been nearly half a year. Support (Kathie) now said my sample was going through "a reprocessing step as part of quality control" and they couldn't provide a timeline due to "the specific characteristics of each sample."Jan 30, 2026 — I asked if I needed to send a new sample. Told no action needed. I thanked them and said I'd hang tight.Feb 23, 2026 — Today. Week 26 since they received my DNA. NOTHING. No results, no raw data, no timeline, no refund.WHAT I'VE SINCE LEARNED: — ProPhase Labs (parent company) filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy for their lab subsidiaries in Sept 2025— They had just $405K cash and a $47.5M working capital deficit as of Sept 30, 2025— They got delisted from Nasdaq and stock trades at ~$0.18— A class-action lawsuit alleges Nebula shared customer genetic data with Meta, Google, and Microsoft without consent— Dozens of customers on Trustpilot report the same copy-paste "reprocessing" language— Reviewers have noted that their lab equipment was sold and leases terminatedThe shifting explanations are the worst part. It went from "workflow delays / final stages" → "sample repeated for quality" → "reprocessing step / can't give a timeline." Meanwhile they removed the status tracker so you can't even see what's happening.I was nothing but patient and cooperative. I even offered to send a new sample. This company took $995 from me for a medical-grade service I needed for my healthcare providers, and 7 months later I have absolutely nothing.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I paid almost $600 on 5/28/25 for a premium DNA test and still have no results. Every time I emailed for an update, I was told the test was "processing" with no estimated time frame. When I finally requested a refund, the company refused. This is a complete scam and I would strongly warn others to avoid it.

I ordered the 30× Whole Genome Sequencing kit from Nebula Genomics and they received my sample on September 24, 2025. It is now December 22 and I still have no results, no real update, and the status tracker in the portal was quietly removed with no explanation.Customer support sends copy-paste responses, refusing to confirm whether my sample passed quality control or entered sequencing. They cite a 12–14 week turnaround, but I'm at the end of that timeline with zero visibility or accountability. This was not a cheap test — I paid for a premium, science-backed service and received delays, opacity, and zero communication in return. I planned to use the results for a medical consultation and now may have to start from scratch elsewhere.Extremely disappointed. Requesting a full refund. Be cautious before ordering if you're on any kind of timeline or expect transparent communication.

Paid for lifetime subscription, the last report I got was 26th december 2023!!! I was waiting for something to change but nothing did. Wrote to them on support, waiting for the feedback, completely unprofessional.

i bought 2 DNA Complete Pro package at $995 USD each.it has been 6 months in the processing... and still no results availalble yet.i contacted support, they said "we are sorry" so i asked for the membership portion, their package comes with 1 year membership. i was told that membership start WHEN the PACKAGES are bought. which means, to this date, i have lost 6 months of update reports.i am thinking to file in a complaint and ask for a refund WITH MY VISA card. as i paid a service that i have not still received.

After a full year with no DNA test results and constant excuses, this company is now attempting to renew my subscription for a service they never provided. This is unacceptable—future customers should be warned. Stay away.

Ordered 3/26/25. On 10/20/25 after many emails, company rep said that they still can't tell me when I'll get my results. I think "never" is probably the date at this point.

Scam artists. A few years back, I did sign up to have precious DNA test results reviewed. I then canceled this subscription. In my account, it shows I have no subscriptions. They continued to charge me and to claim they wouldn't refund the money, claiming I had multiple accounts - yet providing no details of these mysterious accounts. Whoever bought them out is a grifter. I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and will be doing a chargeback on their latest charges.
