Naturisimo was my favourite shop for my makeup, skincare and haircare. The only time I’d shop elsewhere is if they were out of stock. Since they’ve changed to Oh My Cream they no longer stock the brands I use, luckily Space Nk and Cult stock most of them.

Favourite products no longer stocked
Have used Naturisimo for years. Excellent products and customer service. I am disappointed that they are now "Oh My Cream!" (what a peculiar name) and they no longer stock some of my favourite brands: Green People, Organyc, Weleda. I also cannot track previous orders on the new website.

RIP Naturisimo, the latest reviews for Oh My Cream which has swallowed Naturisimo are APPALLING.It was nice while it lasted, but I won't be ordering once you move across.

Wonderful company to deal with...
Naturisimo has a wonderful range of clean skin and beauty products. The site is easy to navigate and the communication is excellent. I had a minor query regarding my last order. My query was dealt with and resolved immediately. Customer service was excellent (spell mention to Tisha - thank you!). I will be a returning customer!

Lost parcel but great customer service!
Final edit: I received the full refund and a beautiful gift from them as an apology, which was fully reinstated my faith in them! Thank you! Second edit: Very happy with the customer service (Tisha in particular, has been kind and very helpful), who managed to find out my order got lost in transit somewhere and they have not only issued a refund, but are sending me a little gift as an apology for the inconvenience caused. I will certainly make a final edit once I have received my refund! Edited to add because they requested it in their reply, even though I’ve emailed them my details TWICE already, my order number is #986900.Order process was easy and I have ordered from them before, without issues. However, this time I ordered on the 27th March and the parcel tracking still only states “label created” and FedEx have informed we they have not even been given the parcel yet. It is now 14 days (10 WORKING days) later and the parcel is still not sent. I have asked Naturisimo not to send and to issue a refund, but have yet to hear back from them two days later (they claim they reply within 24hrs). Super disappointed as this has been my go-to website for all things clean beauty!

One of the best beauty webshop
My shopping experience at Naturisimo has always been excellent. They offer quick delivery, quality products, and great customer support. I will definitely shop there again!
