So disappointed in the quality of the sheets
So disappointed in the quality of the bedding, I have purchased sheets in very pretty prints for all the beds in my house. Every sheet has rips and tears in them, they’re very soft, but they’re extremely thin. They do not hold up to normal wear and tear. For the price you pay for them they should be much better quality than what they are. I love the prints and bright colors, but overall, I’m very unhappy.On another note, I have ordered a few things that were great so not everything they have is poor quality just the sheets.

False advertising, and terrible customer service
I went on to order a couple dresses during their 20% off sale with their Easter shop. The sale said everything in the Easter shop is 20% off. You just had to use the code bunny 26. So I went and added the two dresses I was going to purchase and only one dress was 20% off. So I emailed them and we went back-and-forth multiple times. First they were trying to tell me I didn’t add the code correctly. Then a customer service person by the name of Hannah told me that the color I wanted was not included in the sale. But it was clearly in the Easter shop which claimed everything in the Easter shop is 20% off. That is false advertising. They didn’t even try to extend the offer to me. Hannah just kept saying that color is not included, which it clearly was. I have the screenshots to prove it. Terrible, terrible customer service, especially for a return customer who has bought from them numerous times. They were in the wrong and they should’ve made it right.

Raw hem unacceptable
I have bought several items from this company with no complaints but I bought a dress recently and was soooooooo disappointed that the dress had no hem - just the raw edge where they cut the dress

No longer concerned - totally legit site
I was very concerned after reading the reviews here, but I also made sure to order directly from the website and not a FB link. I ordered 5 pieces and they arrived within a week. I didn't like 2 and followed the return procedure and was notified the refund was in process the day I mailed the return. The clothing was as described and the packaging was even cute. I would feel safe ordering again. What I received (a dress, t-shirt, kimono, pants, shirt) were exactly what was on the website. And the fabric colors matched the photos. So I am no longer hesitant about this company. I thought it was important to post since it seems there are fake sites mimicking them. Also, the package was mailed from Florida to me in CA.

Never Again
I was super-disappointed with my experience with Customer Service today…Whomever it was that I talked to was rude, dismissive, uncaring and condescending. In fact, pretty much the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I actually felt belittled and humiliated. This was my first and last interaction with the people at Natural Life…I will not be ordering from this company again. Although their clothes are cute and fun, they are not always the best quality and sizing can be way off. After my experience today I’ve decided to move on to more dependable retailers with better quality clothing and employees who can at least pretend to care about their customers.

I bought 3 dresses from them and I'm really happy with my purchase! These days it can be hard to know when a review for or against a company is paid for or not. All I can offer is that my review is legitimately my own. Integrity is important to me! These dresses have appropriate labels and the designs and fabrics are flattering. Even my teenage daughters loves their dresses! :)

Bought about $100 worth of stuff from…
Bought about $100 worth of stuff from them. I bought a sweater that looked cute online but what I got was sized extremely small and the material was paper-thin. The sweater was nearly $48. I also got two cat wall hooks that you can hang up necklaces with. Each hook was about three inches long and were $15. Like, the concept and style is great but their stuff isn’t very good quality, which is a shame. You’d probably be better off shopping on Temu, sadly. I had seen the advertisement for this place on Facebook for the longest time and thought what the heck, I guess I’ll try them out but I should have read these reviews first. The company blames the poor quality of their stuff on an imaginary “imitation” website but the site I used was called Naturallife.com, so then what’s the web address of this imposter site?? I’ll certainly never order from this place again.

I am so happy I found this company
I am so happy I found this company! I have ordered from them at least three or four times since December when I bought a bunch of cute stuff for the kids for Christmas, and haven't stopped since. Subsequently was super happy with their 8-in-one pocket crossbody which I use at work to keep my nursing scissors, pens etc in place. Without that, all my stuff kept falling out (and getting lost) of my scrub pockets in the car or at work, becoming a drag to replace. AND have received compliments from pretty much all my RN colleagues about how cute this crossbody is, with them wanting to know where I bought it! With their car document organizer, I keep all my receipts in one place and don't have to worry about losing them; it is a Godsend and what I was looking for for years. I got a million complements on one of their necklaces, and am still finding more accessories like the pop up car trash can that I am planning to order next. Also, their prices are so reasonable, and I've had no issues with billing or shipping. Hence the five stars. Please note: the date of experience below is approximate.

Will Never Purchase From This Company Again!
I purchased a bag as a gift. It was shipping from Jax Fl to SC (4 hour drive) and said it would arrive 3 days later but it didn’t arrive until 12 days later. Tracking shows it went from Jax to Columbia to Charleston to Columbia to Charlotte to Columbia and finally back to Charleston. Obviously it arrived too late and although I contacted customer service, they were just as slow responding as USPS was delivering the bag. When they finally responded, it was after the bag arrived. I requested a return and felt like under the circumstances, I shouldn’t have to pay a return fee since I had already paid for the less than stellar shipping. Well, “Hannah” with NL said the bag arrived on time so it didn’t warrant a free return. The bag was cheap looking, nothing like the pictures, so it wasn’t worth what I paid, much less an added $16 in shipping. I’m still returning it and will tell everyone I know to avoid Natural Life. They don’t care about quality products or their customers.
