amazing customer but very poor booking system
Although I got an amazing customer service from Val ,who was fantastic at her job .My experience at booking a ticket with national express has been less than favourable. First of all. I didn't get an email to confirm my purchase, secondly, my ticket didn't turn up by email either and finally the date booked wasn't right, even if I myself put the correct date. I had to phone the company to find out and rebook my ticket and pay a fee for something which was not even my fault. Luckily,Val was brilliant and a compassionate customer service agent. very poor app.

13.04.2026, The Swindon-London bus NX403 at 4:55 a.m. arrived at 5:40 a.m., It was +2 degrees outside. Not only were people freezing while waiting and very late, but the driver was extremely rude.
