It used to be easy to get a hold of…
It used to be easy to get a hold of you. Now it's difficult. Customer services everything. Now I have to write an email and try to explain what I'm doing rather than having a live chat or a live person to talk to. Once i get someone, there realy helpful. I enjoyed about your company. "Support Messages" rather than chat, is not support.
