My throttle should not have gone out in less than 2 years. I should not have had to hire someone to replace it. The tutorials you sent me for replacement were not the throttle for my bike. I was very disappointed.

Why the make so hard and difficult to buy items you need..If i want to buy a 750w motor for a Super Cruiser bike that means I have a Super Cruiser 750w bike, right, But they kept asking all this weird questions and they want to send pictures of my bike so they knew I actually had that bike.....Like what the f....k........anyways

When I first made the order, a technician asked for me to send in more information about the ebike I had. This information was pertinent to my purchase which I felt was or is the reason I give them a 5. Stopping and thinking about the importance of the information helped with the flow of the purchase. Kudos to the staff at Nakto.

I guess first off they sent the wrong battery when I took pictures of everything. The hub the battery and now I have to wait a whole month. Good thing. My other battery wasn’t going down.

I'm very disappointed in the customer service I've received and my issue hasn't been resolved. I returned an item that I paid the shipping cost, I was refunded the cost of the product but they kept shipping fees even though I paid for it..
