Would highly recommend
Superb selection of great tasting wines and very affordable. Subscription services are a great way of getting a great selection and being able to swap out bottles for something different is good. Would (and regularly do) recommend to anyone who loves wine like i do

Superb range of wines
Superb range of wines. Easy website. Being an Angel and paying monthly is a lovely surprise at check out! Love the expensive free bonus wines too. Also means not having to cart themto your car at the supermarket! Love testing new wines as I tend to stick to my favourites in the supermarket

They sent out a batch of wine out of the blue after 3 years !!!!
They sent out a batch of wine after I cancelled my subscription over 3 years ago. Charged my card on file, sent it to an address I have not lived at for over 2 years. I called and talked to 2 separate reps and both said they cancelled and would refund. Neither did. Now I'm forced to dispute it with my bank. As a business owner myself, I consider this to be terrible customer service.

This is basically a scam
This is basically a scam. The small print signs you in to a subscription taking £25 a month. To cancel this the options are virtually impossible to find. No customer service, a chat bot, and a million things to click through to try to cancel correctly. Definitely don't use unless you want to pay a fortune monthly, and struggle to get out a pile of marketing and fees.

I wouldn't recommend Naked Wines
I wouldn't recommend Naked Wines. I purchased a black friday deal of 12 reds, to me 50% were poor quality, either bland or cheap tasting (you know when they're almost tart, too tanniny, simply lacking positive tasting notes,almost too young at a guess). Whilst the box was very well priced, in the T&C's they auto enrolled me to their 'Angel' scheme, taking £25 a month ehich is none refundable. So whilst its my fault for not reading thoroughly, clearly an underhanded style approach. I stopped it after £50 had been taken but to purchase anything now will set me back say £80 for 6 bottles, and thats their cheaper ones at around £12 per bottle, reckon I could get far superior and cheaper in the supermarkets. So that black Friday deal was no deal, it was a guise.

BS wine club
so i stopped drinking wine for a couple of years and put my subscription on hold when i decided to colllect my $400 i called guy was nice enouh however I told him no cabs no sweet wht did he send $400 worth oh cabs and swet ( disgusting) wime this is a BYUER BEWARE company

Shocking Company
If there was a minus stars you would definitely. Be very careful when dealing with this company -unless of course you have money to throw away. The customer service is appalling. They talk the talk …but don’t hold your breath waiting for something to happen. They are shocking. I honestly do not know how they are still trading.
