Ridiculous wait for refund on returned items

Like so many others I can’t get over how long it takes for a refund to be processed. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering and I certainly won’t order again. I returned an item on 10th of March and still don’t have a refund on 1sr April. I see they have replied to anyone else expressing surprise at the time stating that their returns policy is clearly stated on their website. All I can find is that they aim to process returns in 14-21 days. No mention of when this is from; is it from the date of return, date of receiving (although even then it seems to be when it was received at their warehouse rather than when it was delivered to them by their carrier, and no reference to if it is working days which it clearly is. On the website it just says days. I actually received an email on 24th March stating my return had just been received in the warehouse, it had to go through quality control and then I would be contacted again, at which point no doubt it will then take another 3-5 days, business of course, before the refund arrives back in my account. That will be well over a month from when I returned it.

Lost return

There were some problems with my return, it propably got lost in the mail. Therefore I had to wait a little longer, but it only took two emails and they immediately made sure i got my money back. Even thouhg they unfortunately didn't receive my pakkage. Thats great customer service if you ask me!! Thanks again :)

Poor approach to everything

Items quite high price compared to the quality. Ordered a suede jacket, felt like a paper bag. Pay for shipping, paid the same for return. Refund takes forever, they claim 14-21 business days from receiving date. Too long compared to other companies, really inconvenient. Overall not a clothing brand that will order from again.

My experience with NA-KD was…

My experience with NA-KD was reasonable. I was concerned after the really bad reviews that it was a scam website. However once i was able to collect my package and see the clothes you they are absolutely fine. No issues with the sizing and the quality is also reasonable for the price point.My issue was in delivery. The UPS courier attempted delivery and I waited 2 business days with no second attempt, only to find that Star Track had my package at their depot. I would buy from NA-KD

Good service!

The employee answered really fast and they had immediately a solution for the problem I had. Sometimes with webshops there are so many problems, slow answers and not very nice people. But Rhiannon did a really nice job and I am really thankful for this experience. I also never write a review, but I was so happy so now I am writing this!

They solved the problem!

They solved the problem!It was something wrong with my return, who got fixed by costumer service. The only thing that may cross my mind is that i needed to print a document to fill out what was missing, this document should be an online service. It took me some days to fill out the document because I didnt have printer. But they solved the problem and fixed everything with klarna. Im very happy!
