Good products
I gave a lower score because of all the crap you get bombarded with just trying to order vitamins. The products themselves are good and delivery is quick. However, trying to just pay at checkout, keep trying to make you choose gift (which isn’t a free gift because you’ve always to pay something, eg postage) and they are always rubbish.

damaged and deceiving
I’ve had some vitamins with a damaged seal that they were difficult to deal with about. I’ve bought some vitamins’on offer’ that were not the deal I was expecting. I feel their customer serious be much improved. And sustainably should be looked at - a handful of capsules at the bottom of a bottle?
