I ordered Tanac on 2/10/2026. I have been searching for this product for the last few years with all results showing it not available. But I tried here because this product is the best for stopping fever blisters in their tracks. On 2/11/2026 I received an email saying, "The status of your order #---906 has changed to "Refunded". On 3/2/2026 I sent an email asking when I should expect the refund - no response as of 3/13/2026.Update:My bad concerning MyOTCStore . They finally responded to my messages. I mistakenly thought the charge had been made to my card and then not credited back. On closer examination I had entered the transaction in my Quicken but it never cleared so not charged to my account.

Quality selection and quality fulfillment
Selection of items that are near impossible to find anywhere else. Delivery system seems to have been recently updated, and they now provide super helpful text updates when shipment has been sent that enable you to track your package. Everything arrived well packed and as ordered. Huzzah!
