Excellent- It Works!
I cook Gousto meals 5 nights a week & I'm impressed that I'm usually able to find each meal with the correct nutritional values & calories quickly. MyFitnessPal has been the reason that I've maintained a similar weight for over 5 years. I've also learnt a lot about fat, protein & sugar which helps me make good food choices. Thank you 😊

My weight loss journey 2
Used this app for 2 years recording my meals every day. It helped keep me straight and honest with myself to remain on my weight loss journey. I lost 30kgs in 15 months and have continued to use the app to now maintain my weight goal. I started at 100kgs and now weigh 70kgs thanks so much to the use of MyFitnessPal

Good reporting technology but needs to be more accurate
I like the idea of barcode lookup but there are so many errors with calorie counts on food. Very frustrating. I like the app for recording weight and getting reports. It is expensive and should have a high accuracy rate for the price.
