Skin looks *worse* after 1 year
Been using the anti aging cream for a year now and I think my skin actually looks older & worse. The formula is so incredibly drying, the consistency changes with each refill and it smells AWFUL. Wish I could get my money back. Two stars because it is keeping hormonal acne away

Misleading and dishonest advertising
Misleading advertising, Musely advertises their one time The Spot Peel for $17 all over the internet. Yet when you go to purchase it, a one-time use price is $141.00 The customer support will not honor their advertised price saying the price is broken down in a 6 month window, as they would like you to purchase this product every 6 months. Let me reiterate that this is a ONE TIME USE PRODUCT. This is what they said after I brought this one time use/6 month payment scheme to their attention: The Spot Peel is a single-use, one-day peel—the $99 bottle is intended for one treatment. After you apply it, we recommend discarding any remaining medication (it isn’t meant to be saved for multiple peels). The support staff would not tell me who i could talk to about the issue and defended the company choice to mislead it's clients. This is wrong. I'm obviously no longer giving my dollars to a company who so blatantly aims to mislead.

Shipping nightmare
For some reason, this company consistently struggles to ship my orders. I’ve emailed multiple times and spoken with several representatives about receiving my products, yet they never arrive. First, I was told there was a delay at the pharmacy. Then I was told the pharmacy had been contacted and my order was on the way—but I still haven’t received anything.On top of that, the website’s help link sends you in a continuous loop, making it nearly impossible to actually get in touch with someone when there’s a shipping issue.I’ve only received one of the three products I ordered. Ironically, I really like the product I did receive, which makes it even more frustrating that I can’t seem to get the rest of my order delivered.
