Optimal Protective Lid Backpack with UltraTex® - great bag, but do more research than I did
I just received the Protective Lid Backpack with UltraTex® - Optimal and it is an amazing, stylish, protective and very lightweight backpack. However, there are no side handles, the top handle or offset to the back, and the luggage passthrough takes two hands and a stranger to help secure it to luggage as it is recessed between the padding areas on the back. This is all on me as I didn't do enough research and never read the fine print on the website that says "30 Day Returns" all over the place (which the * means new items) so I am stuck with a pack that won't travel again. This is an honest review because it those items are not important to you, you cannot get a better made bag. But, buyer beware if they are.

Had a problem at customs with my Mous order. They told me to pay a certain amount. Mous fully covered the cost and instantly delivered it back to my account.

My phone smashed from 2.5ft
My phone smashed from 2.5 feet in this £70 phone case. Was a gift so I couldn't even return it. Mous customer service didn't give a monkeys about that. Would never use one of these overpriced cases again.

Great experience with Mous customer…
Great experience with Mous customer support.I got in touch about a case that had worn out after a few years, and they responded quickly and helpfully. They offered a replacement with no hassle and provided a discount code as well.The replacement case is excellent, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. Really impressed with the service and happy to keep buying from them.

If there were more star I would vote…
If there were more star I would vote higher. First of all the quality of their products are amazing (I got the Google pixel 8 pro lightweight case ) it has protected my phone for an amazing amount of time and when eventually (after a year or 2) a bit came off and I reached out to them and within a few days the had sent me a new one Simply amazing
