Morrisons 'Now"?

Earlier today I thought I'd try 'Morrisons Now'. Order placed, with an estimated delivery time of 2:09pm and 3:09pm. Great stuff, nice and quick.So I waited.And waited.It's now 4:09pm, and I'm still waiting.Maybe you should rename the service 'Morrisons Much Later (if at all)'.EDIT: My order arrived at 5:48pm. Very prompt.

shopping on line is ridiculous

shopping on line is ridiculous takes for ever to get to payment have you forgotten? have you considered ?it is very annoying last shop stuff covered in washing up liquid ordered sushi 20/3 at 6.30 in evening it was delivered best before date 20/3 order before that was charged for substitutes i had refused (you cannot opt out of substitutes) today i decided to close account i would have more luck finding the holy grail on line re-directed then re-directed again and again decided to phone on hold for 15 minutes i have finally e-mailed them in store is ok but on line shopping is just a joke

The last

I've been waiting 4 hours for the 60 minute delivery I paid for, customer service says because it's a third party who deliver, there's nothing they can do. My contract is with Morrisons, not a third party. I can't even get a refund, not confirmation the delivery will ever arrive. The last ever. That's the past 5 deliveries that have been a waste of time due to lack of stock and no suitable alternatives, also late very often before too. I'd have been quicker to walk 6 miles to a store but it won't be a Morrisons store ever again!

Using Morrisons delivery service for 18 months

This would be Morrisons for Leamington Spa and Warwick.We are disabled and rely on supermarket deliveries.After 18 months of very good customer careI just wanted to thank Morrisons and recommend the service we've received.We used to get regular deliveries from ASDA but changed to Morrisons after several items went missing from the house. This was quite a shock and obviously created a problem with trust. We decided to try Morrisons, which has been a positive experience from day 1.Rarely are there any missing items or substitutions with our orders. This is a major plus because we can't get out and replace things if they are not delivered. No cancelled deliveries. Same as above.Total honesty from delivery staff. Unfortunately we have to trust delivery drivers. Morrisons have delivered our orders on time, and without issue. Sometimes they even put items in the fridge freezer for us. Always friendly and transparent. Can't begin to tell you how grateful we are after the experience with ASDA. Thank you again Morrisons (Leamington Spa & Warwick). Your top service is heartedly recommended.

Ridiculous behaviour by Morrisons, they don't know what they're doing, lost my custom

Morrisons cancelled my order because the preauthorisation didn't go through. They didn't provide any opportunities to try this again, they just cancelled the order at 02:37 - a quick phone call would have sorted it. When this happens it is almost always because the bank are performing a security check. Now I've got a choice: re-do the order for tomorrow, knowing I'll still have to visit a store to get something to eat for this evening, or just go to a store to do my shopping. In this case, I'll do the latter but I'll show my dissatisfaction with my feet by doing the weekly shopping at Sainsbury's. I'll put some fuel in my car while I'm there instead of stopping off at my local Morrisons garage.

I WROTE A SCATHING REVIEW OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH MORRISONS IN OUTLAND Rd PLYMOUTH ON 14TH MARCH, POOR QUALITY AND BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE.tO THEIR CREDIT THEY DID REPLY APOLOGISING AND SO ON..REFERRED TO STORE etc etc.However I have not been further contacted.Now there are 2 issues here:-1/ Poor quality product, unfit for human consumption imho.2/ Treatment of a disabled and aged customer, not a sensible attitude in this day and age.SO WHAT DOES ONE DO?I AM GOING ON HOLS FOR THE NEXT WEEK CURTESY OF MY CHILDREN AND ON RETURN I THINK I WILL GO TO THE SHOP IN QUESTION AND MAKE A VOCIFEROUS STAND ON "A SOAP BOX ". INCIDENTALLY I WAS SURPRISED WHEN I LOOKED AT THE TRUSTPILOT SITE AT THEIR OVERALL RATINGS.INDICATIVE???ONE FINAL POINT, I BOUGHT SOME STRAWBERRIES FROM MY LOCAL CO-OP TODAY, A POUND CHEAPER AND REALLY VERY GOOD QUALITY!!FOOD FOR THOUGHT?

Poor stock control

Barnard Castle store still can’t grasp stock control! Empty shelf all week, Filippo Arrabbiata pasta sauce and Marinara. So, how am i supposed to complete my More Card points boost?

Customer support lacks

For some reason the app on my phone logged me out, tried logging back in - I only usually use 1 of 2 passwords for something like this - it didn't recognise them but said it would send a number to my email to enter - it did ...... but as I have to come off my Morrisons app acreen to access my email to locate it - when you go back to the Morrisons app it doesn't let you enter these digits. I sent an email to Morrisons for support Jannat answered to say minimise the screen or use two different devices - I replied to say I can't- I only have my phone to use ..... and therefore you also can't minimise a screen - I got a reply to use a different browser - this still obviously doesn't work ... no further forward- hence my reply saying I won't bother. To try and reach a fiver with them takes forever (which i obv now can't even aee as I don't have the app ..... I also can't access money off deals eg spend £50 save 10%, saving more money ey with Sainsbury's/ Tesco with money off so I'll stick with them. It appears Morrisons can't/ won't support over emails to reset a password etc.
