Money gram location located at Greater portmore plaza is the worst location I have been to in Jamaica. I am a visiting person and had to stand waiting for the individual to show up for their shift. There are quite a few people that are very frustrated and upset because this is something that is happens continually with this same person at this location because they go to lunch and come back when they want, and there is no money at the location after everybody’s waiting for so long Moneygram need to do something about this location and this individual

Better exchange rate than bank or paypal
MoneyGram's exchange rate between UK and EU is much better than bank transfer and PayPal rates at the time of sending.Only problem is the App on Android is a little laggy, could be my phone.

90% of moneygram their costumer service…
90% of moneygram their costumer service consists of people who lie and are lazy to do their job,they are so horrible that they will block your ip address after i told them that one of their colleague blocked my ip so that i couldn't use the live chat option anymore,they then pretended to listen to me and after that they blocked my phone lmao, I contacted them cause not one out of 10 moneygram retailers in my country know about the beans app(the beans app is an app that you can top up with your credit card,bank or crypto and then withdraw using the money gram cash option) I called those moneygram retailers in my country and they told me that they never heard about the app long story short i contacted moneygram through the live chat option on their app cause mailing them is a lost cause, after talking to 10 something moneygram costumer service agents only one of them understood my problem and told me that they will forward my problem to the relevant department and they would notify those tellers in my country about the beans app 4 months later of constant mailing and chatting them through the live support option you know what they told me? They told me that they already notify those tellers in my country about the beans app weeks ago I then called 3 different moneygram locations including the head office in my country and they told me that no one contacted them about the beans app and they don't know what the beans app is, now I try to contact them through the live chat option in the app and I can't(they blocked my phone) lmao,all they have to do is contact those tellers in my country and educate them about the beans app but they are to lazy they would rather lie and block your ip address and they wonder why they keep on losing money every year, a simple thing like educating those moneygram tellers in my country about the beans app is to much for them

Rude and bothersome attendant.
My friend tried to collect the money I sent her at one of your locations in Ontario and was turned away. The attendant allegedly told her the money was sent to another province. I canceled the transaction and resent it. She received it at another of your location without incident or bother. Keith.
