I am a swimsuit fanatic
I am a swimsuit fanatic. I think I have 38? I only shop a few brands and Monday Swimwear is at the top. The quality, sizing, styles, fabrics?? Amazing. I will always buy from them. Customer service is good too! And that's HUGE! Thanks Monday!!

REALLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE
We purchased a swimsuit which developed permanent pink/red marks after a single normal swim in a pool. The suit was then washed exactly according to the brand’s own care instructions, but the marks remained.Customer service repeatedly suggested chlorine was responsible and relied on general care warnings about being “cautious,” despite swimming in a pool being the normal and intended use of swimwear. They ultimately refused a refund or replacement, stating they were not liable because the discoloration came from an “external substance.”At this price point, a swimsuit should reasonably withstand ordinary pool use. Care guidance is understandable for long-term wear, but a garment permanently staining after one use does not meet reasonable durability expectations.The refusal to stand behind the product was the most disappointing part.I would have preferred a fair resolution, but unfortunately this had to be escalated.

Terrible customer service

I bought a suit from them
I bought a suit from them. I’m a size 12 and bought their voluptuous style. It was unflattering. I emailed them about returning it a couple days later. They allowed a return, but I didn’t realize it was only for a store credit. There website says otherwise, but I guess because I used a promotion it’s only a gift card. Really tired of the anti customer loop holes for a company that already expensive to take advantage of us.
