After a year and 9 month the treadmill…
After a year and 9 month the treadmill stopped working it was making way more noise than usual and it don't run anymore. I notice the build quality is very bad do not buy from them and also they have a lot of fake review

1 watch in 1 year after that no warranty?
1 watch in 1 year, send back. I got a new one because of the warranty. 1 year further this new one also quits on me. But no warranty anymore! So.... Mobvoi watches will hold for almost a year. Then it is done and your warranty is only valid on your 1st watch. Which is not logical. You are certain of your products or not.... Apparently not.

Very Poor Customer Service and product…
Very Poor Customer Service and product support.I buought a treadmill from Amazon in July and it stopped working after few uses. They refused to offer support as product was not bought direct from them. I had to go back to Amazon to sort it out.These products are not reliable and do not excpect support

Great Customer Service
Unfortunately I slipped on the ice and broke my wrist, therefore I lost my confidence in my usual fast walking pace. I ordered a treadmill to let me walk inside the house for now and wrote to Mobvoi to explain the situation. They got the treadmill to me really fast and all communication was really courteous and helpful. Thank you Simon! The treadmill was easy to put up, according to my husband and I am really delighted that it is a good solid treadmill which works well. I am used to my more expensive Orthopaedic treadmill, which at the moment is unusable...hence buying this ultra frame treadmill...and I would say from my experience that this current one certainly does the job and is a comfortable walk.

TimeShow fraudulently takes your money and does nothing to unlock the watch faces.
Mobvoi offers an extra program under their company called TimeShow to change your watch face to a multitude of other watch faces. I paid a two year subscription though the Google Play Store to unlock all the TimeShow watchfaces that were available. Despite contacting their horrible technical support several times, they never fixed my problem. I wasted $80 for nothing. This is a flimsy company with flimsey software and technical support. I tried to get a refund from Google Play Store but they informed me that it was not possibloe with Mobvoi.

Ticwatch E3 is useless
Got a ticwatch E3 about to years ago. Nothing but issues from within the first week. Along with glitchy performance where it falls flat on its face is the fact that it can't even keep the time and date saved! It was getting extremely frustrating to keep updating the date and time every few days. I beg to ask the question, what is the point of a watch if it can't even do the simple task of telling the correct time?Upon reaching out to support way back when, they told me I'd have to pay a hefty $50 to have it "checked out". I couldn't justify this as it was almost the price paid for the item.

AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM
Bought a watch that died after only 5 months of use. Turns out, a so-called “sports watch” packed with swimming programs isn’t even suitable for taking a shower – and apparently, showering voids the warranty. What a joke. I’ve got a 7-year-old Huawei watch that’s been through showers, swimming, even sauna – still works perfectly. Meanwhile, this overpriced garbage can’t even handle basic everyday use. Never again.

High tech watches with mediocre software, average customer service and awful 1 year warranty. And, apparently, they keep failing. Stay away.

Mobvoi Watched
I purchased two watched from Mobvoi in the last few years, Ticwatch 4LTE and Ticwatch Pro 3 Ultra. Both failed after 15 months. I was offer a 65% discount on the Pro 5 base price of $350 (which is currently marked down by 60%). I asked if the discount could be used for the Pro 5 Enduro and they offered me 60% off the base price of $350 (currently on sale for 55%). The fact that I was willing to buy from this company again for $35 discount but they denied my request. They kept saying that they based theur discount on what I purchased the watch for, essentially punishing me for being a thrifty shopper. I don't know what would make me buy from this company again.
