iPhone 16 on contract
Bought a iPhone 16 on contract for my son. It was quick and easy to buy it plus it came the next day. The phone and contract was the cheapest by far compared to any other mobile company. Will definitely get one for myself when my contract is up for renewal

Ordered a sim on Monday and today is Saturday, still no sim card received. Super slow dispatch service, this usual must take 2 business days at other companies and networks for sim card orders. Dispatch team should work faster and simcards should send with first class postage

I'm normally quite adventurous …
I'm normally quite adventurous when buying things but phones do bother me a bit. However,my grandson ,gave the heads up on this purchase. I'd been with my previous provider for many years with no wish to move. However, when looking at this it made me realise this was a big step forward but the ease and straight forward switch was embarrassingly simple. A big thank you.

It has been an absolute nightmare
It has been an absolute nightmare. If I knew the company was Carpine warehouse I would never have took the contract out. Service is terrible.For where I live but as I said to customer services I would’ve never taken out my contract with Carpine, whereas I had dealt with them more than 35 years ago and had an horrendous time I’m really sorry I don’t like to give negative experiences but mine has been an excellent Nightmare of four months and two comes later. I’m on my bad Sim card which now works.p but I’ll pay for four months service at £8 a month and I’ve had no service for four months until now like I say it’s been an absolutely stressful time with only a Sim card contract. I honestly would not recommend this to my family or friend as nothing was clear I had to speak to mobile.co.uk so actually be put approach ID it was absolutely disgusting for only aggravation I’ve gone through. I was up at £20 compensation and never ever went into my bank. Kind regards.

Don’t buy any products from here unless…
Don’t buy any products from here unless you want to be inundated with emails!!! Only purchased a screen protector and have four emails in 10 mins with documents regarding contracts and all sorts of other completely unnecessary and irrelevant information! I won’t be buying from here again!!
