Would purchase again if I had another mirror to frame
Online information was really helpful ahead of purchase, instructions were really clear, online measuring was made really easy to follow and make sure it would fit great. We got 4 samples ahead of time and ended up going with one I want leaving toward initially- glad we did samples. Great product and service!

Mirror Frame Success
Mirror Frame Success The service and response to questions and getting samples was on spot. The person on the phone was very helpful, patient and kind. Frame arrived and we used directions to put together. This was a two person job since our frame was large. My mom is a perfectionist so if she is happy then the company is 5 star!!!

Many problems with this order
Many problems with this order. Most of it was my fault as I had flipped the measurements. But I think they should have a place to manually confirm measurements like MirrirChic does so this won’t happen. When I contacted them they did admit that they were also off by an inch in their measurements. Also the .75 depth they quote on website is wrong when you add in the tape. So just really bad experience all around. They did let me return it as it was uninstalled in brand new condition but charged me like 60.00 to do so. Did not take any responsibility for their errors.I have No problem paying for shipping both ways but another 40 just to turn around and recut resell it. It was brand new. Anyway I ended up going to MirrorChic and had opposite experience. They helped me from start to finish. Measurements were spot on including the depth. Much more reasonably priced as well.

Hesitated-But Paid Off!!!!
I questioned putting a frame on my mirror. Would I like it ? Would it fit right? All the normal questions. But then I decided to move forward. Got several samples and locked in on one. Took measurements and ordered. It arrived quickly and put together very easily with instructions provided. Then installed and it was BEAUTIFUL!!! Best decision and elevated the luxury of my bathroom to the level I wanted. Best product.

HIghly recommend this product. Quality is A1!
This was an easy process, the instructions supplied with the kit were great. I was able to put the frame together in no time at all. It looks great, installation was quick and easy. The ugly old mirror, looks brand and frame was great, no issues with the process of quality. Considering doing a second mirror.
