Not very happy
I purchased a personalized ring and a charm bracelet with two charms. I received the items after a lengthy wait. The items looked nice. Once i put one of the charms on the bracelet it kept falling off. I contacted them and a new one was sent. Now that i put the new one on the bracelet it stays on but now the bracelet won’t stay fastened. These were my first purchase from this company as I normally purchase from another company and half for years. It’s very disappointing that although the jewelry is very pretty, I can’t wear it for fear that it’s gonna fall off. I can’t return the bracelet because being it takes 30 days or more to get to you that’s the timeframe that you can return it in. So if anything goes wrong, you won’t be able to return it. I most likely won’t buy from them again.

I already have one of the beaded cross…
I already have one of the beaded cross bracelets and love it. I get a lot of compliments on it. The bracelet is perfect and so easy to put on. I wanted to surprise my daughter with both bracelets. Mint Lilly is so user friendly and the jewelry is amazing!
