Hands down the best computer place
Micro Center is hands down the best computer store there is. They do everything professionally, never give me bad advice or get anything wrong, and I would recommend them to anyone.The staff here really know their stuff. Whether I'm shopping for components, asking about compatibility, or just picking their brains on a build, they consistently give solid, knowledgeable answers. You can tell these are people who actually live and breathe tech — not just reading off a spec sheet. It makes a huge difference when you're trying to make the right call on a purchase.And if you haven't checked out the Knowledge Bar, you're missing out. It's like having access to a team of techs who can help you troubleshoot, diagnose, and get your gear sorted out right there in the store. That kind of hands-on support is rare these days, and Micro Center delivers it every time.If you're serious about tech and want a shopping experience where the people helping you actually understand what they're talking about, this is the place. Five stars, no question.

Don't buy from Micro Center Ever!
I bought an MSI motherboard from Micro Center and it destroyed two SSDs that were worth nearly 600 dollars. I took the motherboard back to Micro Center were they charged me 80 more dollars to test the motherboard I purchased from them and they confirmed what I thought, the motherboard was faulty and and was the cause of both SSDs being destroyed. They gave me a quote for a new motherboard and told me i would have to deal with MSI myself. This should be unacceptable as every step of the way was through Micro Center, I didn't buy anything from MSI I bought it from Micro Center and they don't stand behind what they sell.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL Tech Services
ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! I was going nuts with my new desktop from Microcenter--mainly because of Windows 11. Couldn't find documents, difficulty saving and printing. IAN was the most helpful tech support person ever. Got me back on track. I'm so grateful to him, and the fact that Microcenter gave me tech support for the first year. Thank you, Ian. Thank you, Microcenter.

Double fail on customer service …
I order a monitor and a usb power supply that was supposed to be in stock. After a few days Micro Center cancelled my order for the monitor and shipped the unneeded power supply. I was told I would have to order the monitor again if I wanted it. When I asked about paying for shipping again they stopped trying to help me. To many fails on my first order with this simple order.

Microcenter is the best
Microcenter is one of the best retailers with a brick a mortar store. They carry so many components at a cheap price. I'm blown away their reviews are so low on here. People only ever leave negative reviews. Its a shame they don't automatically get positive reviews from all the happy customers.

This company is an absolute scam
This company is an absolute scam. I cannot tell you the horrors I experienced with this company and Amazon in fact, it was so bad I dropped doing business with Amazon because of it. First Office sent me the wrong item. The item I ordered was supposed to be an excellent condition. It was beat up so bad look like it was thrown out of a car window do not work. And It was the wrong item. Never had a Warser experience in my life

No help at all, just a bill save your money.
I took my pc in to correct a booting issue. The system does not boot consistently not that it doesn’t boot at all. I waited a whole week for them to replace a riser cable and describe an issue I was not having like they figured something out. They also proceeded to tell me that my system will only turn on if I have it upside down. I doubt the riser cable was even an issue as I’m still having the booting issue and system is still having the same booting issue. They have shaken my confidence in their competence. I guess I have to be an IT guy as well, even when I do not have the time to do so waste of a 120$. Just do it yourself, lucky I got my system in the same working order. They also put my cooling fan on sideways so I have that to look forward to as I watch the led screen play vertically. Fun times…

What happened to this company
What happened to this company? The last 23 computers I have purchase have had problems out of the box and there very expensive warranty is terrible and they don't stand behind it! I have come to find the last 2 computer had known manufacturing defects, does micro center buy these discounted from the mfg only to resell them?Our company and family are done

If you need parts for your computer, this is the palce.
I've been a customer since the 1980's and I'm gland they exist. With the demise of local electronics stores, it's nice if you need that certain part now. Little pricey, but they have a fair selection.
