ABSOLUTE CROOKS
Metrophone turned me down a phonecontract. No big deal; but BEFORE they undertook a credit check theytook the upfront payment for the devicethat I have been fighting to get back fromthem since March 24th. My bank told me the money should be back in my account on March 31st. It is March 31st and guess what. No refund.I now have a solicitor involved and will be contacting MP shortly.Why this company takes money first and then performs a credit check is clearly tokeep customer’s money from them to getinterest into their coffers. Well I’ll be takingaction. These crooked companies have hadtheir day. The worm has turned!

Simple & Easy To Switch Provider.
Metrofone made it so easy for me to switch from EE to Vodafone and at an amazingly good price too ! The process couldn’t have been easier.My new phone was delivered some 12 hours from time of order and the switch-over was undertaken a couple of days later on the Monday morning.

Really disappointed
The phone arrived with finger prints on it, including on both lens and a blob of something like food on it. Did not get that new phone experience at all, really disappointed.

I cancelled the phone order within 48…
I cancelled the phone order within 48 hours of ordering and cancelled with Vodafone and yet DPD still continue to keep attempting delivery. I have explained to them the item needs to be returned to sender and they agree and then change the delivery date to the next day. Please can someone contact me about this order?
