MetLife has always responded shortly after I have sent in a claim - and have always provided complete explanation as to the refund I will be receiving and the reasons for their decision.

Reimbursement process takes a few minutes
The reimbursement process is so very easy to initiate and the review and check process is very quick. I love that you always display my remaining balance and i can easily check the status of any existing claims on my phone. Checks are mailed to me in a timely manner and my vet is great about sending me SOAP notes so it makes my job very easy
