Against my better judgement, I ordered a set and I didn’t like the color once it arrived and reordered it in a different color. It was then I discovered that I would only be getting store credit which I didn’t like. I wasn’t able to get the qr code to scan for my return, so I sent an email and customer service responded that they don’t give qr codes when it definitely gave me one after submitting my return request. When I explained that it showed up on the page it was then they acknowledged after previously saying that they don’t give qr codes. They didn’t send it via email and the page closed, so I couldn’t save it. I explained this and they told me to do it again, knowing that once I request a refund on an item that I will not be able to do it again. But I still tried and was not allowed to. I sent them the screenshot and they never got back to me. I have since sent several emails and still no response from Meshki. There’s a window of how long you have to send the items back and I am now at a standstill. They could have given me a return label or address where they accept returns but they continue to ignore me and not resolve my issue. Save your money and the headache and do NOT order from this greedy scam of a company. I will NEVER EVER shop here again.

Hi Just wanted to tell you what a terrible company Meshki is regarding your Customer care service practises, especially as it is Meshki that made the error on the delivery address.Your service did not include my full postal address of 19-29 Castlereagh St (25 Martin Place), Sydney 2000. All you included was 19..... and it ended up at 50 Bridge St? I sent images of the incorrect addressing on the delivery, so Meshki is well aware that I am writing thisLuckily, 50 Bridge is one of our buildings, so the team there called me to let me know that it was there. (NOT NEAR MY BUILDING) Your Customer Care person, Sienna, provided the incorrect information, questioned my honesty regarding the failed delivery, and told me to walk around my building at 25 Martin place to look for my purchase, when it wasn't even HERE.Sienna then ghosted me from any more responsesThis was my first purchase from Meshki and will certainly be my last.If that entire delivery situation wasn't bad enough, your sizing is a disaster as well. I am a size 12, so I always go a size UP on a first-time order, to allow for inconsistencies in manufacture. I purchased a size 14 and can't even get into it, which means a return. Guess what? The QR code you scan on the bag doesn't connect to a link, so you CAN'T return itYou can't be trusted to deliver an item, deal honestly with a customer questioning the failed delivery or provide the QR link for a return, so my business will go elsewhere. I had a prolonged and unnecessarily difficult experience with MESHKI.A refund issue took several months to resolve, with repeated back-and-forth and no clear resolution despite providing all required information.The matter was only concluded after I issued a county court claim, which resulted in a County Court Judgment (CCJ) in my favour.Following this, the original amount was eventually returned. However, this was still presented as a “gesture of goodwill”, rather than acknowledging the outcome of the legal process.I am now still pursuing the court fee, which forms part of the judgment, and this remains unpaid. Despite further contact, this aspect is still being deflected rather than resolved.After months of effort and a court judgment in my favour, it is disappointing that this matter is still not fully resolved.This experience has raised serious concerns about how disputes are handled, and I would not expect this from an established brand.

My first ever purchase and order with this company after hearing great reviews. I ordered same day delivery before the cut off time on a Friday as I needed the dress for an event that evening due to an unforeseen situation, I paid $25 for 3 hour delivery as I needed it before 5pm. Waited all afternoon super excited for my delivery then received a message an hour after promised delivery time stating the item delivery was ‘cancelled’ and rebooked to 3 days later on a Monday as the warehouse was closed when the courier went to pick up the parcel that evening even though they also offer Saturday same day delivery too? Super disappointed in the company and their delivery service, wouldn’t recommend as it’s very unreliable. Sorry to give this review Meshki 🥺.

I’ve recently ordered a bridal dress from Meshki and it was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The dress itself looked nothing like the photos, the fabric was shiny, of poor quality, had scratches, the overall fit was terrible, there’s a zip at the side that doesn’t glide over the hip, the neckline is asymmetrical when it shouldn’t be. But the worst part is that when I wanted to return the dress (I live in EU), it turned out they don’t provide a return label, you have to figure out all the logistics yourself, and after spending an hour on it, I realised I will have to spend more on the return because of the shipping costs and duties than the refunds worth, therefore, I’m not even able to make a return for such a bad quality product. Never purchasing anything from them ever again.

One of the worst experience for a dress that never came and they (and their delivery service) kept saying it was delivered. No refund no apology no real investigation. I will not order from here anymore and will tell all my friends who I might be thinking of buying stuffs from here!

They shipped me a dress in a paper bag all crisp and charged 15£ extra for the return in the UK royal mail in the paper bag. Outrageous.
