Merchbar stole my money
Like many others, I have an unfulfilled orders from merchbar from 2024 that I’ve been trying to get refunded ever since it was placed on back order and never delivered. My partner has had the same experience (funnily enough we bought each other the same bloody record and never received it). At times I have gotten responses, at times they have “tried” to refund me but weren’t able to so offered me store credit, I eventually used the store credit to buy something that was supposedly in stock and never received this either. The review date is from the last time they sent an unhelpful respondes. They have now stopped responding to my emails.

Merchbar are a fake company
Merchbar are a fake company. They do not stock any merchandise and will not send you what you order, because they do not have it to send! This company is run by criminals and I have reported them to Trading Standards and FOS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF FAKE COMPANY.

Avoid at all costs!
This is the biggest con going. Don’t ever use these people. They are crooks!I tried in vain to get a refund for an LP on back order for over 6 months… a year later I gave up. They ghost all emails with bots. Horrible horrible people.

Canceled, but no refund
I canceled my order after it took too long. They offered store credit. I didn’t want store credit, I want a refund. It’s been over a year and I still don’t have my refund. They also stopped replying to my emails asking for a refund. Unacceptable. I’m still missing 80$

The scam of the decade
Not only you are sent to an infinite automatic-answer loop if you try to get even the least bit of information about an order 2 years overdue, but also the moment you try to contact them to ask for a refund you don't even get a response. I really hope a place like this can be the source for a real legal action against these blatant scammers. The way the don't satisfy the lowest of ethical market procedural principles in such a large scale during such a long period of time is as dystopical as the slum swindler expanding globally to earn six figures and it sure has to be a way to make it right.

I ordered a music CD and waited more…
I ordered a music CD and waited more than a year for it to be shipped. They kept telling me there was a delay from the supplier. When I eventually decided to cancel the order, they stopped responding to my messages and ignored my request, so I did not receive a refund. My bank is also unable to process a refund since the purchase was made a long time ago.

Terrible service, over priced, never got my orders
I bought a 50 dollar rare vinyl from them, did not receive any updates on its delivery for an entire year, and would not be refunded with anything but store credit. I used the store credit and none of my orders have been shipped. Expensive and unreliable.

Two Years with No Delivery or Refund
I ordered a record from Merchbar two years ago, after endless support emails and me asking over and over for cancellation and refund, still no luck. I have no record, I have a confirmation number for my order cancellation but no refund yet. I will send about 10 emails to their support before they SOMETIMES answer back. I'm assuming now they will just never give me a refund for the order they never fulfilled - sounds like stealing to me! I will never buy anything from this company again and I recommend nobody trust them.
