I recently went to the Venice store to…
I recently went to the Venice store to try on a ring stack that I saw online. The sales associate measured my fingers and made sure that I got the correct size. They were out of one of the rings that I wanted so she put together a whole email to send me with all three rings so I could order them all together online I just went home ordered them online and they all were delivered at once so I could wear them right away. I am so pleased with my ring stack purchase.

Fishy price inflation
I have quite a few solid gold items from Mejuri, and was just browsing through your website and got a bit surprised by prices. Out of curiosity I went and fetched my receipt from some items I bought just over a year ago. Explain to me why your Spheres Chain Necklace 14k gold 16-18” went from £248 (what I paid for) to £468. There’s no justification, just pure greed. For this you deserve 1 star. I’m out.

I had an amazing customer service experience! I had the wrong size of necklace and the customer service was extremely quick, attentive, and informative! I am now wearing the new necklace and it is perfect!

I love Mejuri
I love Mejuri! Customer service has always been quick to get back to me and helping me with any issues or questions ive had. Also the basics in jewelry options here are incredibly i wear many as my dailys and dont take them off

Awful experience from start to finish
Awful experience from start to finish. Ordered some items and was unsure on the sizing of them. Items are expensive, although you wouldn’t know it from the quality. Very disappointed when they arrived. Thought I’d give the items a chance anyway but the sizing was far too large. Tried to exchange the items but was told I wasn’t allowed because they were on some sort of sale? Not sure what they’re on about as nowhere on the product page did it say it was a special type of sale where the item could not be returned. From the pretty shocking customer service emails I got I got the impression they’d try and work their way out of anything. I would avoid Mejuri at all costs
