The "easy returns" advertised are a myth. If you are in Portugal like me or in any other european country, be prepared for: -Dealing with complex customs paperwork not mentioned at checkout.-Paying €8.99 PER package because their system won't let you consolidate items.-Having your refund delayed because items get stuck in customs due to M&S's documentation errors.-I’m down €36 just in return fees. Completely unacceptable!NEVER AGAIN!!

If your staff at lakeside can not measure for a bra size then do not let them do it. young lady that measured me today measured under my bust and told me they do it by eye . Stupid me believed her even though the bras she tried on me never went no where near me and purchased different style bras but in the size she told me hasten to add they where to small as well. I am so disappointed with my experience Where have your standards gone? All bras now need returning.

This is now the second time in a month I’ve had an absolutely unacceptable experience with M&S online and at this point it feels like a complete shambles.You place an order, everything seems fine, you even get a notification saying it’s on the way, only to then receive an email right before delivery telling you the item is suddenly “out of stock.” How does that even happen? How can something be dispatched and then magically not exist? It makes no sense and feels incredibly misleading.It really looks like they are taking orders for stock they do not actually have, which is unacceptable for a company of this size.To make things worse, their customer service is useless. They tell you they will escalate the issue, but when you ask if anyone will follow up, you are told no, you have to call them again yourself. So not only do they mess up your order, they expect you to chase them to fix it.At this stage I would not trust ordering from them online at all. If you are thinking about buying from M&S, be warned, there is a very real chance you will not receive what you paid for and you will be left dealing with a completely unhelpful support system.

What has happened to the quality of their bakery and fresh fruit. A super seeded load bought yesterday with a SBD of 5/4 dry and like cardboard . A pack of 5 lemons for £2.50 bought in a hurry today small and with marks. Topped up with more from another good supermarket - cheaper and way better. Had stopped buying at M &S as much as they are the most expensive around- but now will think again because they certainly don’t offer value for money

I visited M&S store at Meadowhall, Sheffield on Thursday 26/3/26 while visiting the town. I purchased numerous clothing items. I tried one pair of men’s shorts, fitted well, so picked up another pair on the way to the till (same size). I was advised if there was any problems I could return any items to my local M&S.The 2nd pair I selected are to big & need returning. I checked my nearest M&S and it showed ‘clothes & food’. I tried to return the item but they refused as only a food store. I contacted Customer Services for advice, very unhelpful, told to return them to my nearest M&S clothing store. I explained the nearest stores are either -York involving a 96 mile round trip (2 hrs 55mins each way on public transport) or back to Meadowhall, 138 mile round trip. All to return a £28 pair of shorts !Why can’t they accept them at my local M&S food store ? You can order on line and pick up/return items there ?Why can’t they forward a return envelope to me, give me a postal return address ?Having shopped at M&S for many years, (when we had a local clothes store) I find this very disappointing and to be very poor customer service by what used to be a respected brand.

Yesterday at ARI M&S with my mum I bought Chicken fajita wrap without wheat to eat on the way home, today my intestines rumbling, pain and having diarrhea. Careful You sensitive stomachs. 🤕 I won't be shopping there anymore. Too expensive anyway...

I spend a lot on food m and s snd was shock to hear that you can’t wear flag of Britain on your hat jacket etc as they war veterans were collecting out side the shop and were ask to move on as it offends people boycott this is disgrace m and s was very British shame on you

I don’t often write reviews but feel compelled to write and let you know just how brilliant your bra fitting advisor was today at your store in Ealing Broadway. I went to my booked appointment around lunch time and Funda the advisor was highly professional, skilled, knowledgeable, welcoming and made my teenage daughter feel at complete ease the whole time. She came away extremely happy with new bras and lots of helpful information for the future. We really appreciate this superb customer service and feel like Funda is a credit to your company and it should be recognised.

Lemony hot cross buns are a misnomer.Hot cross buns are identified by the prescence of dried fruit and spices. Lemony hot cross buns have neither. They are essentially Lemony buns and very boring at that.
