Very nice products, I really like the quality and design of the products but not great customer service. Quick answers, but not always as expected. In particular, I am not satisfied with the support for order returns.

I wasn't seeing the promised 10% discount for downloading the app. I reached out to customer service and got the code emailed me, which I applied to my first order. Not sure why it didn't work the way it was supposed to, but Beth in customer service made it right.

Quick Response, Great SupportI had returned my order and didn’t hear anything for several weeks, so I had to follow up. Of course, it would be ideal if things were resolved proactively, but once I reached out, everything was handled very quickly and smoothly. The issue was resolved the same day, and communication was clear and helpful. Lucie and Alicia were both friendly, responsive, and easy to work with.

This was my first time shopping with MDV, where I placed a large order for my new job. Unfortunately, the Evri delivery driver failed to leave the parcel in the designated safe place, and it went missing.I contacted MDV’s customer care team, and Bethany and Summer responded promptly. After investigating the issue, they issued a full refund. The parcel never turned up, but I really appreciated the efficient and professional service.

I had ordered the most beautiful suit, but unfortunately the waist was perfect, but the shoulders were to big. I returned my item just before bank hoilday so I understood i may have a delay with my refund.I waited ten days before I contacted the company. I WhatsApp texted the company. I spoke with Lucie who was so helpful and my refund was processed straight away. She had apologised for the delay. Honestly I have never spoken to any one this helpful in a long time. Thank you again Lucie for being so helpful.

I was becoming a genuine fan of Manier De Voir, but this experience has completely changed my view.My order was delivered to the wrong address, and what should have been a simple fix turned into over a week of chasing, multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, and a frustrating lack of urgency. The overall attitude felt very much like “not our problem,” which is unacceptable when the contract is clearly with the retailer, not the courier.What made it worse was the tone of the final communication. Being told that a claim would be “registered against my name and address” after I simply reported a non-delivery was completely inappropriate and made to feel like I had done something wrong.Customer service was extremely poor throughout. Beth and Summer were unhelpful and did little to move things forward. Alicia eventually resolved the issue, which I appreciate, but it should never have taken that level of effort or stress to get there.For a brand that is clearly trying to position itself as a higher end fashion house, the reality of the customer experience does not even meet the baseline of a budget high street retailer. There is a clear disconnect between the image and the service.The lack of a direct contact number and reliance on slow, back and forth messaging only adds to the frustration.As a business owner myself, I would be horrified if my customers were treated this way. It is a real shame because the brand and products have strong potential, but experiences like this destroy trust very quickly.I will not be ordering again unless there are clear improvements to how customer issues are handled.
