Bad quality of one part of the order …
The only order we placed was for an office sign, a portion of which was of poor quality. Despite contacting the company multiple times and being assured that the issue would be resolved, no solution was ever provided

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely love our new metal sign!!The craftsmanship is incredible—solid, flawless, and beautifully finished. The team was friendly, professional, and kept me updated from start to finish. We even made a mistake on our end, and they graciously remade it for us. Fast turnaround, great communication, and a product that met expectations unlike other cheap companies. Great neon sign
My husband loved the neon sign that Manhattan Neons made. It's a perfect addition to our finished basement. It's bright and I love the color (ours is green)
