The items I ordered were exactly how they looked my order went smoothly and the products were excellent. I love everything I ordered clothing,decal,car decoration I will definitely use Macorner again in the future. Thank you for providing excellent customer service along with excellent products.

I placed an order and goods arrived…
I placed an order and goods arrived pretty soon. what a big surprise because I didn‘t expect the package this fast. Accidantely there was a small „mistake“ in a shirt. A printing failure left one Single letter missing. After my reply MACORNER apologized immediately and start sending a new product accurately. THIS is a customer service everyone should get. Jewelry tray written by someone who does not know what certain letters in English look like.
I really liked the best friends mug, beautiful,well done. HOWEVER, I REALLY Dislike the 4 x 4 inch jewelry tray. It is horrible. No one can read the writing of friends names or the saying! Big disappointment and a BIG WASTE OF MY MONEY! I'm stuck with it and would be too ashamed to gift it to anyone. I won't be ordering anymore items from your company. DON"T order the jewelry tra

“Friends” mug was perfect!
Ordered a mug as a retirement gift for a dear friend. The customizable features for the back of each character ended up matching us perfectly! The colors were bright and vivid. The mug itself seemed well made and should last for years. Ordering online was easy. I made a mistake on the shipping address and although I was unable to talk to a live person, customer service fixed it immediately over email. I will definitely use Macorner again for future Christmas gifts.

A+++ on customer service
I ordered a couple things for my husband for Valentine’s Day and the first thing came within just a few days. And it was better than expected. But the second item, once I got the delivered notification, the package that had been delivered was all wrong… it was a bottle of vitamins, not a personalized pair of boxers, I knew it must’ve been the shipping company’s mistake, but was unable to get a resolution from them, so I then contacted this company, they immediately requested the opportunity to remake the gift and resend it right away, and they did. It was quick and the item was perfect…. Looked better than I even imagined. Thank You for amazing customer service and the efforts to make it right, even tho it clearly wasn’t their mistake. Will def return for future items and have already recommended them to several others.
