Not giving me a refund for my return
I wear lyle & Scott a lot & have never had a problem with them however this order I have returned back and have not recieved my refund and they keep delaying my refund and not contacting me so I have to keep on contacting live chat. I’m very busy so this is taking up a lot of time just to chase my own refund which should have been processed to me ages ago. I will update on this post if resolved however it has been almost 3 weeks and It seems like I’m getting nowhere.

The package was not delivered
The package was not delivered, after contacting post.nl I was told to raise the issue to the sender directly. Response was quick and helpful. The issue was resolved straight away and I received my package. Extremely pleased with the customer service.

Recent warranty claim
I recently had to make a warranty claim for an item I purchased online, and I was incredibly impressed by the customer service. I received quick responses, and the issue was resolved promptly. Even when there was a problem with the replacement item, I continued to be treated with great care and professionalism. It truly feels safe to shop online from a company that offers that kind of support and service.
