I am very very impressed with luminess

I am very very impressed with luminess. Not only is their product lovely but their customer service is beyond great. I am very sensitive to ordering products online because I have had unhappy experiences with thinking. I was going to get one thing and getting another. And then trying to return well that was just a nightmare. Luminess understood my problem though. Most of it created in my own mine from past experiences, and took care of it right away. I can't speak highly enough about this company and the product. Thank you, luminous

Not Listening/Problem not solved

I sent you a msg stating I did not receive what I ordered and "Sitejabber" did not reply. Only sent some questionnaire that only allowed a comment of "Yes" when the answer was "No"!!

Horrible customer service and hidden charges

Do not buy this product. They claim that you can try it for free but they charge you immediately for the full price. It is also an automatic subscription, which isn’t clearly stated anywhere. It takes weeks to arrive. I talked to someone in customer service and it was really hard to find confirmation emails and when I cancelled the subscription and requested an email with my cancellation in writing I never got it, even though the customer service representative told me that one would be sent. I am expecting to be charged again even though they told me they wouldn’t and it may cause me to have to change my debit card, which is a whole other hassle in itself. The second ( that I was charged for arrived today and something in the bag spilled all over all of the products.

THIS IS A SCAM!!

THIS IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT PURCHASE.LOVELY website which looks very professional.I ordered the trial size of the liquid makeup and they also sent a small blush, the latter of which I liked. The liquid, however, did not cover the hyperpigmentation on my cheeks. The confirmation email said that the total was $6.25 for the samples. I was unsuccessful in EVER reaching an agent to see if I should get a different color, but no one ever called me and I forgot about them since I had paid only a small amount for the samples. I am just realizing this as I write. Today I called and they wanted to tell me I did not call within 14 days to decline auto ship! The rep, VELMA, told me I couldn't get a refund even though I told her I did NOT open the package of the larger bottles! I complained and when I told her I would call my credit card company, she put me on hold, returning 5 minutes later to say the $82.57 would be refunded. At this time, I checked my PAYPAL and found THREE charges from them-NOT the $6.25 for samples, but on the day I ordered the samples, a charge for $63.49 and $82.68. I am also calling my Chase card to get all funds returned to me.SCAM, SCAM, SCAMI will also send this message to the Better Business Bureau which has many complaints about this company. My sister had the same problem, but unfortunately compromised and paid all but a $30 charge. My credit card company will get the refund for me.

Liquid Mirage not that Special…

The liquid mirage provides average coverage for above average cost. They say Try before you buy, but don’t really provide a way to give feedback. It did automatically enroll me in a subscription which I didn’t appreciate since the initial product had not yet arrived. I got that canceled, but was charged full price for the Try before you Buy for almost $70.

I received numerous emails that the shipment was delayed and then a last email saying the shipment was not deliverable because it was damaged. I cancelled the order and was offered an additional discount but had to call after placing a new order to receive the discount.

I was just checking our their website and next thing I know. "Your order was submitted" I was thinking, maybe I'll give it a try since it's "try before you buy". Then I got my bank notification: I was charged $65.17. When I checked the order details it said it would be $6.42 for 3 products. I tried all day to reach out during their "business hours". Their chat is not a real chat. It's just a message that you send and someone is supposed to reply back via email but they never did. I sent them one last message asking them to just cancel the order. Still no reply.Way too sketchy to even give it a try. Order #: 16567354. Order Date: March 15, 2026

Deceptive experience

Would have loved to have tried the product as the video I saw seemed amazing but instead of being billed for shipping only as advertised in the try before you buy promo, I was billed for the entire order and this I found to be deceptive so I called the next day to cancel my order. Please be a representation of what you are advertising.

I used Apple Pay for shipping on Free Trial …

I used Apple Pay to pay for shipping for my free trial order. I was charged $65. I went online to see if I had somehow signed up for a subscription. And apparently I don’t have an account. It doesn’t recognize my email address. It also asked for my order number and ZIP Code which I didn’t get any information in the package. So, my concern now is that I’m just gonna be getting charged all the time for something I can’t cancel.

Customer service is NON existent

Customer service is NON existent. Try the chat and its actually just a inquiry through email. No options to return online. Call the number. It tells you its busy or redirects to a "high call" volume message. Once you sign up to try, you're done for. Worse customer service I've ever encountered.
