Products have gone downhill

Products have gone downhill. They won't refund or replace a pair of leggings that I had for 2 weeks with two holes already ripped on them.

lululemon Downtown Disney Kicked Me Out!!

lululemon Downtown Disney refused a valid Quality Promise claim, turned away a special order, and had a customer removed. All in the same visit. All over a $19 hat.A manager named McKayla had me removed from this store tonight. Not for being aggressive. Not for being inappropriate. For asking questions she had no interest in answering.I came in to place a special order for two jackets and complete an approved Quality Promise exchange on a hat with a confirmed dye defect, already validated by the Brea location. McKayla told me I needed to go back to Brea. I calmly explained that Brea had already approved the claim and directed me to any location. She refused, escalated her tone, informed me that she manages the highest volume lululemon in the country, and then raised her voice and asked me to leave. In front of other guests. Over a $19 hat. While I was actively trying to place a special order. The night started going wrong before McKayla even appeared. I asked a floor employee about a pinstripe jacket on lululemon’s own website, whether it could be ordered and what the fabric was. His answer, word for word.. above his pay grade. Not “let me find out.” Not “let me grab someone who can help.” Above his pay grade to assist a customer trying to spend money. I had to find a second employee, someone I recognized from a previous visit, who pulled up the exact item on his lululemon mobile device in two seconds. The product knowledge existed. The willingness didn’t.That second employee nearly saved the night. Then I got to the register. What this management team doesn’t seem to grasp is that this store’s numbers have nothing to do with brand loyalty in Anaheim. That volume comes from Disney property foot traffic. Guests who are already there for the parks and happen to walk in. That traffic is borrowed from Disney, not earned by lululemon. Burning through guests because tomorrow brings a new crowd is not a high-volume strategy. It is a slow leak in a brand already losing ground in the Americas. For context on who was just shown the door.. I’ve shopped at Schaumburg, Los Cerritos, Brea, Las Vegas Outlets, and Fashion Show. I have a Disneyland Annual Pass and have visited this specific location roughly a dozen times. I just returned from three months in Europe with a lululemon bag. My mother shops your website because of me. I was here to go deeper with this brand. I left because a manager chose her ego over a transaction. The pattern here goes beyond tonight. A previous visit to this location ended with an educator being written up for spending too much time helping me understand fabrics. The employee who did her job got penalized for it. The employee who told me product knowledge was above his pay grade had no such problem.lululemon’s Americas comparable sales have declined for multiple consecutive quarters. The company is operating without a permanent CEO while activist investors circle and the stock sits down over 50%. Interim leadership has publicly stated that elevating the guest experience in North America is the top priority for 2026. McKayla just made that harder.Regional management.. a formal complaint has also been sent directly to your Americas leadership. This one is documented.

Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service.I paid for expedited shipping because I needed the items for a competition — but the order arrived three days late, completely defeating the purpose. When the package finally arrived, it was torn and looked like it had been run over. One of the items inside was damaged.I contacted customer service expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, the only option I was given was to return the item (either by mail or in-store) and place a new order — no acknowledgment of the delay, no compensation, nothing.I also called support, hoping for a better outcome, but was told the exact same thing and the call was ended without any real help.As someone who has placed over 10 orders in the past month and shops in-store regularly, this is extremely disappointing. There was zero effort to make things right or retain a loyal customer. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has completely changed my perception of the brand.

Major Quality Downgrade – Feels Cheap and Flimsy

I have been a long-time user of Lululemon headwear, but the new "Lightweight All-Sport Visor" is a massive disappointment. The construction feels incredibly cheap compared to previous models. The new closure system is poor quality; the hook-and-loop strap feels flimsy and lacks the durability I expect at this price point. The overall structure of the visor is weak—it lacks the substance and "premium" feel of their older designs. I was so unhappy with the "cheap" look of the components that I actually had to take the piece apart.Lululemon used to stand for high-performance quality, but this feels like a cost-cutting measure disguised as a "new design." If you are looking for the sturdy, high-quality visors they used to make, skip this one. It’s not worth the money.

Years ago GREAT, nowadays NOTSOMUCH

Years ago, they had the best quality and best customer service. Nowadays, not so much. I purchased 2 of the Wunder Train No Line pants, one black and one green. I used to buy a LOT of clothes from LLL and have never had an issue with discomfort. So, I promptly ripped off the tags excited about the feel and fit. One pair was great while just wearing them around the house. The next day, I went for a power walk in the other pair. OMG serious pain in the hoo-ha area. Like the seam was sewn with plastic or something. I could hardly finish one lap and had to literally end the walk to change out of them. Definitely a problem. I wear leggings ALL.THE.TIME. Never a problem. I googled this, and clearly I'm not the only one experiencing this. So I returned them within ONE week of purchase, washed. And you would expect that a company with great customer service (and pricing at over $100 for these suckers) would promptly refund my money, no further questions asked. Oh, no. It was a bit of a debate with the store manager for them to exchange one pair for a completely different style. And, since they didn't offer the green color of the other pair I was returning in any other style, I requested a refund for those. She said NO we can't do that. I was dumbfounded. Huh?! I became kindly belligerent and she finally succumbed and refunded my money. Boo on lulu. I may be done.

If I could give zero I would!

If I could give zero I would. Terrible customer service, literally awful. It's honestly over priced low quality athlesuire. I can't get any assistance with a return, I made a purchase out of town and now stuck with a junk item. The item piled so badly in my suitcase it's unwearable, what kind of material does that?!! I'm so disappointed I wasted my money here. Hard lesson learned. 0/10 - do not reccomend!!

Order cancelled over 5 times.

I've been really wanting a lululemon define jacket, but have been unsure because of the price. In the end, I caved and bought one. I was really excited, until a couple days later when my order got cancelled due to low stock. I thought it was a bummer, signed up for the restock email and ordered again when it came out. Now, almost a whole month later, I've ordered a total of 5 times and they've all been cancelled due to low stock. I feel like I shouldn't have to chase a multi-billion dollar company? Every single time, without fail, lululemon overestimates their stock and oversells, leaving thousands of people with cancellations! The lululemon stock system is honestly appalling. I won't be purchasing again.

Racist City Point Brooklyn Lululemon Store

Racist City Point Lululemon. Kristen racially profiles, routinely calls police on black customers and is an eyesore for the Lululemon brand. She is atrocious and the Lululemon City Point Brooklyn store needs to fire her. There are other bad employees but she is thr worst one.
