Do not ever order anything online from Lowes. I ordered Kitchen Cabinet Handels that were to arrive in 3 days and now it been 2 weeks and still in transit. Lowes ships Fedex ground which is in business with the USPS who ends up being the end deliverer. Who knew Fedex is in collaboration with the USPS?

Lowe's installation process is deplorable!

I recently purchased a dishwasher at Lowe's but never again! This was a customer service failure of epic proportions! First of all, after deciding on the dishwasher I wanted to purchase, I waited more than 20 minutes for assistance. The gentleman who completed the purchase was friendly, professional and efficient. The purchase was made on a Saturday and I paid for installation. I was told the dishwasher would be available for pick up by the installer the next day (Sunday), so I should hear from the installer as soon as that day and perhaps have my dishwasher installed as early as Monday. Having not heard a word since making the purchase, on Monday I called the store to inquire. The customer service representative with whom I spoke told me the dishwasher would not be available for pickup until the following Friday... 5 days after I was told it would be available. The representative also told me there was nothing I could do about it and I just had to wait. I explained to him the reason I made this purchase was because I could have it installed sooner than the choice I had made at another store and I don't appreciate being lied to, especially when the erroneous information was what I had based my decision on. I was told I had to wait for a call from the installer and couldn't even be given the name and number of the installation company to work with, even though that company was arranged for and paid through Lowe's. I wasn't happy but decided to let it go. On Thursday, now 5 days after the purchase, I still had not been contacted by an installer to arrange for installation. If they know the appliance is scheduled to be available for pickup on a specific day, then they should contact the customer and arrange for installation as quickly as possible. That didn't happen! I called the store again and asked to speak with a manager. The first manager with whom I spoke, Adam, was very friendly and professional and did what he could to help but unfortunately he did not have access to the appliance records, so he wasn't able to dig further. I was told I had to wait for Marco, the appliance manager, to arrive later that afternoon. When Marco called he was rude, flippant and dismissive, and offered no further assistance. I was basically told they don't have any control over the installation and it could be one of three companies so he didn't even have a name and number he could give me. I'll remind you, this installer was arranged for and paid through Lowe's. So here I am 6 days after purchase and I still don't know when my dishwasher will be installed. No one at the store could provide any assistance, and I have yet to be contacted by the installer to arrange for installation, so I have no choice but to just wait! I don't know what customer would be happy with that arrangement! This is most definitely the last time I will never purchase another appliance from Lowe's!

Poor Customer Service At Lowe's

My husband & I visited the Lowe's on Dickerson Rd Nashville,Tn to purchase a refrigerator. As we were in that dept for 35 minutes, no one ever came to assist us so we had to find an employee & ask for help. Even after that & waiting 20 more minutes we were ignored. We left & purchased our refrigerator at Home Depot and it was a lower price.

Nah, time to move on…

Really gone down hill the last few years. No check out service is the final straw for us. Haven’t gotten the discount using our Lowes cc the last few time were there. No decent sales. Tired of dealing with places like this. Sad to see another store discount it’s once loyal customer base.

No more Lowes for me

Placed an order today.Was sent a text that part of the order had been cancelled.Their website said it couldn't look up the order.I called customer service. Their AI couldn't tell me what part was cancelled.Finally talked to a rep but by that time the partial order was already on the move to me.No chance to have them replace it with a different product and this is a very easily replaced item. No call or text to select a replacement part.Now I cannot finish the project because the part won't fit in my car and I'm not paying another $70-$80 for delivery.Supervisor I spoke with did nothing to make things right.This is goodbye, lowes.

I have placed an order with Lowe’s, which has resulted in months of frustration and an unresolved outcome.In November of last year, I ordered two custom-made bifold closet doors from the Lowe’s store in Alpharetta, Georgia. I chose Lowe’s based on my long-standing loyalty and trust in your brand. Unfortunately, this experience has fallen far below expectations.Since placing the order, only one door has been successfully installed. The second door has now been delivered three separate times, and each time it has arrived either damaged or broken. To make matters worse:After the first failed delivery, the store representative stated a replacement would be ordered, but the order was never placed until I followed up.Once reordered, I waited nearly two additional months, only to receive another damaged unit—with missing parts, according to the installer.A third replacement was ordered, and as of today, it has again arrived broken.When I contacted Lowe’s for resolution, I was told this is a vendor issue and that the only option available is a refund. This is not an acceptable solution. I did not purchase one door—I purchased a matching set. Accepting a refund would leave me with mismatched closet doors, which defeats the entire purpose of the order.What is most concerning is not just the repeated failure, but the lack of ownership. From a customer perspective, Lowe’s—not the vendor—is accountable for delivering a complete and functional product.
