The payments can be split into instalments.The hotel was great and staff were friendly.Went for our anniversary this March in Loret De Mar loved the holiday resort.Beautiful beaches and night life is lively.Only downfall is its so expensive to add a passenger and make ammendments of any sort

Magnificent 5-star deathtrap
‘Magnificent 5-star Unique Residence Hotel Golf & Spa is a premium all-inclusive retreat in Kusadasi’ as advertised by Loveholidays. The reality, a Deathtrap!Misleading and false information given by Loveholidays, on holiday support team. The responses I received have been misleading and incorrect, intentionally deceiving customers about their rights and Loveholidays legal responsibilities as the organiser of holidays. This raises serious concerns about their communication conduct and protocols.They fail to address serious safeguarding risks and health and safety issues evidenced to them, demonstrating a clear intent to dismiss and disregard their duty of care to their customers.

Cannot check in via Whizz
Cannot check in via Whizz, tried for 3 hours to get through to someone to speak to and when finally got through they passed back to Love Holidays. This happened on the outbound flight and also on the inbound flight. Was then told to get to the airport early to check in and was then charged to check in despite issues with the website and being unable to connect to speak with someone. All channels to communicate were exhausted. Very frustrating and stressful process. App showed only one boarding pass and no info on the other 3 passengers and to then get charged at the airport was absolutely outrageous, as it was outside of our control. We were told that we would be refunded for this charge at check in, so I hope this gets followed through.

The hotel is on a different island
The holiday I have booked seems nice. The hotel is on a different island and around 2 hours away from Malta airport. I called you customer service to change the hotel.When I called your customer service and your advisor told me that I have to ring 5 days before holiday. I told her today is 2nd April 2026 and I am flying on 8th April 2026 so it is 5 or more days. She then said it has to be 6 or more days. It seems your staff is not fully trained.

Quick fair price easy to book had one…
Quick fair price easy to book had one holiday cancelled due to the situation in the Middle East, full refund within a few days. Have now booked a different destination hassle free. Have used Love Holidays several times never had a problem and would highly recommend them.
