I made a big order during the 10 year anniversary sale. Arrived within 6 days! Amazing. Sadly there was a missing item, but the great customer service fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Lovely sets and great customer service. I will definitely order here again.

Possibly the best customer care…
Possibly the best customer care experience I’ve ever had from a company. Bought a few items for the first time and one of them was a bit faulty. I emailed in and within 24hours I’d had communication with customer services and a new item sent out. Very well done lounge, I will be purchasing more!

Choose LOUNGE and you will not be disappointed
I ordered for the 2nd time on the LOUNGE UNDERWEAR website, and I must say that I love this brand.Nevertheless, I had a small problem with my order. So I contacted customer service, who was able to answer me immediately and offered me several options regarding my problem.

I was missing an item from my order I placed over the birthday sale. It was quite a big order with 19 items so totally understandable a pair of underwear was missing as I can image it was super crazy! Claudia from the help team was super helpful and put an order through to get it sent to me. This isn’t my first time ordering lounge and definitely will be again. Customer service was great. Even though I was missing an item they didn’t think twice about rectifying the issue.
