I ordered two coffee mugs about a month ago. I received one of the mugs a couple of weeks after my order was placed and the other mug never shipped (just says "Confirmed" on the order page). I reached out to customer service though email and called and left two separate messages on their customer service line (because apparently they are never actually open during their business hours). No one ever responded to my email or voicemails. I have ordered previously from this company, but will NEVER be ordering from them again. Be aware when ordering from this company as they have non-existent customer service.

I ordered a few hoodies and a shirt in February. The supplier/sizing had changed and I wanted to return my items. I reached out and got a response in <24 hours stating I could donate the items and provide proof, or pay for my own shipping and return the items for a refund. Well I paid $16 out of pocket to ship it back, and the package was delivered 3/18. I have emailed 3x, called and left a message, and reached out to speak with a live agent. No reply. No refund. I am out $110. I will never buy anything from this company again. I dont even have the items anymore now. Absolutely ridiculous.

Fun items, but I ordered one doormat and it has taken a month to “print”. Customer service replies but is slow. There is no notice when placing your order that production time is this long. I work in the retail industry, so I know this delay is excessive and not reflective of standard print production times. I still don’t have my item and am now looking for a refund, which I’ll likely have to dispute with my credit card company based on other reviews. Really disappointed.

The shirt is high quality material and very soft. I reached out with a question before the product arrived and my question was answered quickly by friendly staff. I ended up having to exchange the shirt for a different size and the company again was very prompt and helpful. They even waived the cost as a first time courtesy. This company is very customer friendly, something hard to come by these days. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company!

I never received my order. It‘s just forever “printing” and doesn’t seem it will ever get shipped. I can’t even ask for a refund, because you can’t start a refund until the product ships! Good loophole! But they took my money real easily!

Cute products, but they quote 12-15 days for printing and shipping. You have to go to the "shipping" FAQ to find this info. It's been 10 days now and my order hasn't even been dropped in the mail yet. I thought I'd throw a $65 order at a smaller business instead of Amazon while gift shopping, but this is why I always hesitate. My products won't be arriving for Christmas and the giftee will be leaving state shortly afterwards. Now I'm shopping for replacement gifts and will have to pay shipping again to forward my order to the giftee after the holidays.😞 Again, they have some very fun designs, just don't order stuff from them if you actually need it THIS month.

No warning is provided on website or during the order process that apparently no inventory is kept on hand. Ordered three flags on December 1st and just spoke to customer service who relayed the order has not even been printed yet, much less shipped. Because it's been 12 days (so far), I requested refund of shipping charges and removing one of the items. Both were refused by the customer service agent. I will now have to pursue a dispute with my credit card company to get a partial refund.

I paid for expedited shipping and they did not ship within the specified time frame. I asked them to refund the difference and they refused. It is actually illegal for a business to advertise a shipping time that they cannot meet.

This was the first time ordering from Look Human. There customer service to resolve an issue I was having for a shirt design was excellent. They went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied. Thank you Bernie R for all your help.
