I will never buy from Living Spaces again. The quality of these pieces are so cheap it's ridiculous. I haven't even had this couch for more than 2 years and this stupid piece already broke off. You can see how cheap this is made by having this as a support holding up a persons weight. I only weigh 180 pounds and this piece of crap already broke. And guess what they won't return it! I went to More furniture down the road and they have way better quality. Don't waste your money here because you'll have to buy another couch a year or 2 later. Complete waste of money and I'm very disappointed. Terrible

The store is well lit and welcoming to see the great variety of all the items there. Sales person Shane was very helpful that led me to purchase a recliner I shopped for. I received good explanation of the product, warranty, delivery, I was pleased with the variety of products and models available. Delivery planning fit my calendar. Overall very satisfied.

I purchased the Playa 60” rectangular charcoal gray concrete outdoor firepit in May 2025. We used it 3 or 4 times that summer and by October the paint on the top had large cracks like a spider web across the whole surface. We moved the firepit into the garage for the winter. (The manual says this “Outdoor” firepit should not be in direct sunlight or left in the cold and if it gets wet it should be dried off immediately. How is this an “OUTDOOR” firepit?) When I went to get the firepit out in March 2026 the whole top surface paint was flaking off. I checked my warranty and it said it was covered for 1 year. I submitted a claim through Living Spaces, and they responded back that this was not a covered item because this was considered normal wear and tear. So, I paid $800 for a heavy outdoor firepit that is allergic to the sun, and I apparently need to bring in the house and tuck it into a warm comfy bed every night if I expect it to last a whole year. Stay away from this product and probably anything at Living Spaces as they do not stand behind their products.

I love the fact that they do not do high pressure sales tactics like many other stores. They offer help but then leave you alone if you don’t need help. They are very helpful and kind still and it’s the first place we go when needing furniture. Love the furniture as well. It’s super high quality and stylish!

I don’t have high expectations for furniture store but everything should have reasonable limits. If I got brand new furniture set for my son I expect at least no structural damages and scratches, and resolution of problems fast not in three weeks exchange. I will never buy again in living spaces, problems with quality is the main red flag to me. It looks like they just brought me used set from showroom, otherwise I don’t see any explanation

Buyer Beware – Living Spaces “Care Free” Protection PlanI purchased Broadway dining chairs from Living Spaces under Order SO-012413720 along with their 5-Year Care Free Protection Plan, expecting reasonable coverage if something went wrong.Under normal residential use, eight chairs from the same purchase failed at the exact same structural point — the caster mounting assembly at the base of the chair legs. The chairs became unstable and unusable.I filed a claim with the warranty administrator (Uniters North America) under Claim C3251449.A technician eventually inspected the chairs and confirmed repeated structural failures affecting multiple chairs.After the inspection there was no repair, no replacement, and no resolution plan.The claim was ultimately denied.The explanation given was that the damage was both “accidental breakage” and “accumulation of damages.” Those explanations do not match the actual condition of the chairs.The protection plan specifically lists structural failure of components such as furniture legs as covered.Because the claim remains unresolved, I have now:• Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau• Submitted the claim to the insurer backing the protection plan• Documented the claim history (Claim C3251449)If the issue cannot be resolved through these channels, the protection plan agreement provides for arbitration through the American Arbitration Association.Living Spaces corporate customer care is welcome to contact me if they wish to review the situation and resolve it directly.Bottom line: eight identical chairs failed at the same structural point and the protection plan has not produced a resolution.If you are considering purchasing the Living Spaces Care Free Protection Plan, read the fine print carefully before assuming structural failures will be handled.This review reflects my personal experience with this purchase and claim process.
