Loyal team great service

I had purchased my Purevis pitcher and filter a few years back since I’ve seen it in a tv show. I thought I’ll try it and we have been happy with it since. But, recently i noticed some inconsistency with the texture and how my pitcher looked. So, I reached out to get some advice. I promptly got a reply from Patricio form customer service. We talked about it more, he got my product info etc and even though mine was way off warranty he got it approved for replacement. It was not expected. I am so happy. Larq team do value their customers and standby their products. My wife and I have few water bottles by larq and whenever we go out, we fill them up with water from our pitcher and bring them wherever we go. Refreshing, clean taste water.Thank you Patricio and Larq. For keeping our minds at ease drinking out water.

Terrible product knowledge and customer support

I love the Swig Top bottle so upgraded and bought the PureVis 2 Cap, the website clearly says that it is compatible with the straw, filter and adaptor in the Swig Top bottle, it even has a picture of the exact same one. When it arrived it is not compatible, you have to buy a new straw and adaptor for £8 PLUS £6 shipping!!!! I've paid £68 plus shipping for something I can't use. Customer Support have not replied to either request for them to send one FOC or my request to return the cap. This is a real shame as I love the swig top bottle, love the taste of the water so much that I use it for all the water I drink. However, this experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended) that I've cancelled my subscription for the filters and will just use the bottle as a normal drinking bottle. Great product let down by a company that doesn't know it's own products, non existent customer support and a website that is misleading.

This company are such a pain in the…

This company are such a pain in the a*** to deal with.If you ever have a query then you would be better served going to your local place of worship and praying for divine intervention. They make it so difficult to cancel any subscriptions and rarely respond directly to anything you raise. Best to avoid. It’s all a bit sly for my liking,

Top water quality and customer service

First the water quality is great when using the LARQ pitcher. It crystal clear and taste great much better then any previous filter used.Second customer support is excellent not only for filter ordering or specific issues when you drop them an email. I had the occasion to converse with Patricio on a small issue. Patricio responded quickly and took care of my issue above and beyond.Thanks,Dennis K.

Subscription plan expensive and sneaky

I have owned and used a Larq pitcher for almost four years. I find the pitcher useful. I do not appreciate the marketing techniques of Larq, including coupons that are nearly impossible to redeem or filter subscription plans that autor-refill without a courtesy email and result in a sudden 75€/$85 charge. This is unwelcome.

Superb customer service

My son and I bought LARQ bottles. Loved them. Live the colors. Had an issue with the caps. Contacted the company. The representative, Patricio, is professional, pleasant and went beyond all expectations to find us a resolution. Superb customer service is hard to encounter these days. From our experience with Patricio, we are now loyalcustomers.I recommend this company for your brilliant drinking needs.

Amazing Customer Service

Amazing Customer Service. Their customer service team was incredible in helping me replace it and gave me another water bottle when mine got lost. I'm eager to receive my water bottle, as I really need one for work, and I've heard great things about the company.
