Little Details Make a Difference
First of all, the designs and quality are outstanding. While a bit pricey, the selection, creativity and uniqueness of the products deliver value for money.However, although prices can be shown in one's currency of choice, payment will be in USD. Had I known that, I would have used a different credit card for payment. This and the fact that insurance for shipments is the default, resulted in removal of one star in the area of customer service.

Lintico is an excellent business
Lintico is an excellent business! They are honest in the description of their clothing, true to size, and very nice quality linen. I also have to comment that they have an EXCELLENT customer service department. They are responsive and truly try to resolve any issues in a prompt, responsible and courteous manner. I have always been very pleased with their clothing.

Good quality linen clothing.
It's easy enough to navigate your site. I wish you had some brighter colours as options. I like that you show the fit of each item, ie relaxed, regular etc.

Not trustworthy. Won’t refund. Probably not local as they claim.
They are not legit. I wanted to return some items because of size and colour difference. I was very difficult to get in touch. When I finally manage they didn’t want to accept the return and made a couple of offers instead and suggested that I should consider their suggestion very seriously. Also they would not provide a return address. I had to involve paypal. After that they gave me address of a lady with a Chinese name in the uk and requested proof of post through WhatsApp, which I did. Now they want me to close the case with pay pal in order for a person named Chen Chen, to refund the money. Still trying to get them to cooperate. I have nothing to say about the quality of the clothes. They maybe too expensive but they seem ok. Since it is probably a Chinese company, despite them saying they are UK based, some issues with sizing would be expected. Colour differences can happen. I get that.But the rest is appalling. Don’t order from them unless you are sure that you won’t need a return-refund.
