I inadvertently triggered an annual…
I inadvertently triggered an annual subscription without realising it having just started a monthly subscription in error on on a separate account. I explained the situation on email to Linktree that responded straight away and refunded within 45 minutes so an excellent resolution.

Linktree is very easy to use and perfect for beginners. I use it to share my affiliate links and it helps organize everything in one place. The setup was simple and fast, and the design looks clean and professional. It’s very useful for Instagram bio links. Highly recommended for anyone starting online.

I’m giving one star only because zero…
I’m giving one star only because zero isn’t an option.Terrible support. I paid for an upgrade, they took the money, and nothing was activated — no upgrade at all. I have full proof and screenshots.Instead of fixing the issue, they kept asking pointless questions and provided no real help.I strongly do not recommend this service.

This affordable app helps me stay organized because I can see all my projects in one place.
There are so many great apps out there, but then you find your favorites. The ones where the flow is easy and it fits just right. That's how linktree feels to me. I got my linktree two or three years ago, but didn't understand what I was doing with apps and I was just learning everything. But I rediscovered it and it's kind of what I needed to help me stay organized all along. An easy and affordable app that I highly recommend! I also recommend it because the help bot was very helpful and when i needed extra help, a human jumped on board, and my questions were answered quickly, so it was a positive customer service experience for me.
