I am writing this to share my experience with KSM Associates Inc. / Key Successful Builders (Barbados) and its principal, Kerry Mottley, regarding a construction project that was left incomplete and in a state of neglect.Despite significant funds being paid, work ceased with the following major issues unresolved:Critical Infrastructure: No septic tank or suck well was installed (only a 2-foot hole existed), and there were no external plumbing connections for toilets or sinks, rendering the house uninhabitable.Structural Damage: The property was left unsealed, leading to interior water seepage, flooding, and termite tracks in the laundry room walls.Safety & Access: No steps were built for the house, and the driveway remained a foundation-only area.To make the home habitable, I have had to personally fund over $20,000 in corrective work, including a full 20ft suck well and septic system. The delay resulted in an additional $6,600 in rental costs and the necessity of high-interest emergency loans to fix the damage caused by the contractor's abandonment of the site.I have full documentation, including a professional Scope Completion Report and photographic evidence of the site's condition at the time work stopped. I strongly advise anyone considering this firm to exercise extreme caution and ensure all infrastructure is verified before releasing final payments.

Changed to a new phone and didn't have app access but still had my username and password. LinkedIn attempted to force me to use Persona and upload my personal government identification to access my own account that I still should have access to? This is a major security and privacy concern, Persona have already been in mainstream news for security issues with their platform, and their association with Palantir is incredibly concerning. The fact that LinkedIn have partnered with this company and present it as the only option is disgraceful.

A company that delivers nothing, with ridiculous filters that can’t even identify a single subject. Shameful—don’t give them any profit. Even more serious, the top universities and high-achieving talents are completely disregarded there.

Literally zero path to customer service help. They charged me for something I didn't sign up for. No matter what you do, where you try, you will never get help. Supposedly you are chatting with humans, but they will tell you they are submissive to "the system" and unable to take any actions. They are at best living FAQ parrots.

''Linkedin'' has NOT been helpful at all in helping me get back account! My phone was recently hacked and I had to get a new one! This included my account. I have had to write to customer service support 10 times to restore it. Trust me, if I was in a ''LIFE OR DEATH'' situation where I had to depend on the members of ''Linkedin'' for support, I KNOW that I would NOT survive! I WILL PERSIST UNTIL I SUCCESSFULLY GET MY ACCOUNT REACTIVATED!

I don't use LinkedIn that much but it's a great tool for people to find me at least and it's very good for connecting and networking.

I’ve seen many apps fail, but LinkedIn’s account recovery is in a league of its own. I ran into a simple technical issue with 'Easy Apply,' and instead of a fix, the app trapped me in a nightmare loop of restrictions.Trying to get help from LinkedIn is like begging an ex-partner to come back—they don't listen, they don't care, and they waste your time. Even after submitting a legal ID for Persona verification, their broken AI rejected it over a missing middle name. This platform treats real professionals like bots. If you value your time and self-respect, stay away from this bullshit. Don't make the mistake of creating an account if you're looking for actual help. It’s a complete waste of time.

Online Security and customer service is APPALLING!!! My account was hacked and they opened a case then closed it almost immediatedly despite me sending them several emails with evidence of the hacking. They refused my appeal and now I dont have access to my account.

What a crap! What it is? LinkedIn is presented as a professional networking platform, but in reality it is more like a polished surveillance tool than a genuine space for connection.

Worst professional platform. Discriminatory automated bans for Pakistani professionals. 4 accounts deleted without any reason. Customer support is non-existent.
