Bought 12 pack of tins
Bought 12 pack of tins. Hidden inside row of damaged tins which I cannot give to my dogs. Total waste of money. This is not the first time this had happened. Will not be using again.

Fantastic quality food
Signed up to Lily’s Kitchen years ago when I was a new and inexperienced pet owner. I took care to read about the ingredients in lots of different foods produced by different companies. I was surprised by the very poor quality of some foods and could see that being mostly cereal, there was very little meat in some. Lily’s Kitchen was one that stood out as having good quality ingredients and was well balanced. I have stuck with Lily’s Kitchen for many years and my pet has been happy and healthy.

Food is fine but packaging and delivery is poor
My dogs’ food was shipped fairly quickly but the company uses DPD who are a bit hot or miss with service. After several deliveries being dumped on the street in front of my door when I was out I now get DPD to deliver to local Yeep locker (Chellaston Derby) and between DPD and Yeep delivery’s usually painful! This time the locker opened but as usual the box with the food in was falling apart and I had to carry a load of cans of food to my car with half a box!
