I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Lighting New York.I placed an order and months later, the order has still not been shipped or delivered.I have tried multiple times to contact customer service via email and live chat. Each time I was told someone would get back to me, but I never received any meaningful response or update. The only response I got was that FedEx was unable to ship. Due to the lack of communication and the significant delay, I had no choice but to initiate a chargeback through my credit card company.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. The lack of customer support and failure to deliver such a large order is very concerning.

So far... great!
So far, so good!Communicaton/questions I had with this group have been great...staff was so helpful and efficient. They have answered all my questions and helped me sort out my replacement light fixture (general contractor worker broke it after it was installed!!!) Hopefully it will be delivered asap so we can get this project wrapped up.

I have purchased from Lighting New York on several occasions and have always been happy with the product, service, shipping, and price. I deducted one star because the use of discount coupons and codes is inconsistent and confusing, but I got through it.

I have ordered 15 lights from them at different times and returned some due to not needing...they have had great customer service and speedy shipping and return options. Great experience.

Signing up for a trade account was so…
Signing up for a trade account was so tedious. I could not do it in Safari. After a long back-and-forth with the online chat (which was helpful), I was finally able to sign up in Chrome, but I had to wait for them to merge the information before I could place the order.
