I purchased the Lexie Hearing Aids approx. 18 months ago on Q.V.C. I broke the little switch to raise the volume. The Lexie company are in South Africa and Kyle the supervisor told me this could not be repaired, and I would have to purchase a new pair. I could send the damaged pair and maybe get an allowance against the new pair. I find it sad that sad that these items are essentially disposable and cannot be repaired. When you call the 1-779-212-7334 number you are transferred to people in South Africa, I feel bad for them they probably working for a few cents a day. No after sale service. ( average salary about $500.00 a month My sympathy goes to the people I spoke with working at Lexie South Africa Rose, Tracey and Kyle.

As a non tech savvy 74 year old, Lexie hearing aids were easy enough to set up. I had one call to the Bose help people, due to difficulty connecting to my Bluetooth, and they were extremely helpful and patient. The settings are controlled on your phone, and I experimented with my environment setting while in a noisy restaurant. I was amazed at how the background noise was muted. My insurance paid half, so check that out!

I have been using hearing aids for many years, of many different brands and styles. I chose to try the Lexie B2 plus because of my appreciation for Bose quality that I’ve experienced over years of also using Bose products. Although, I had some original issues, Lexie stepped up and addressed those issues in an acceptable time frame. I have been impressed with their attention to my concerns. They made updates to their app which addressed my issues. They also sent complimentary accessories, in addition. That’s just unheard of, but then that’s why I have loved Bose products over the years, because they have demonstrated their quality far above everything else. I have been wearing these aids 12-14 hours per day for about two months now. They are far and away the best hearing aid I have used. My hearing isn’t perfect, I don’t expect that, but I’m able to function normally in different environments and feel confident in doing so. That’s worth the price of these aids. I strongly would recommend them to anyone looking for a new hearing solution.Thank you, Lexie.

The Lexie B2 Plus hearing aids have worked well for me. The sound is quite clear and the controls through the app are very convenient. They are very light and comfortable and most people don't even know I am wearing them. Although the description says they are compatible with android, the bluetooth functions of hearing phone calls and music, etc. from your phone only work with Apple.

I bought the Lexie Bose B2 Hearing Aids for my mother. She intermittently used the product before realising its benefits. We faced a few issues with the product, but Lexie's team was quick to provide support. The best part of Lexie is the customer support available right from their app. You can directly make a call and even do a video call with them. I did a video, and after a few attempts at finding a resort, I was transferred to Kyle, their support supervisor. Kyle provided the best customer experience I've had in recent years. He spent over an hour with me on video, helping find a resort to address the issues we faced, and ultimately managed to bring a smile to both my mother and me. What an extraordinary customer support, and how empathetic Lexie is, led by brilliant Kyle. I'd recommend Lexie products, since I'm quite confident of their services. It is definitely worth trying to see if their product solves your hearing issues.

I'm a first time hearing aids user. I went with the Lexie B2 plus. They are awesome. I've worn them since day 1 every waking hour . Comfortable. They pair with my phone. In a loud croud I use my phone to turn the volume down and vise versa. The sound is awesome. Thanks Lexie B2 . I can hear again. No kidding.

I feel like more than 70 percent of these reviews are left without experience this hearing aids, I have them for several months now, and I wish I could get my money back. Do Not waist your money, this hearing aids are not worth the money we pay for them, they are suck with Bluetooth, they're always whistling, they get disconnected by themselves all the time, and customer service are suck and poor

There are few products that I truly get excited about and relish the opportunity to "spread the word". I have had my Lexi B2 Plus hearing Aids for 14 months, I can not be more happy with them. I constantly recommend them to many of my "senior" friends!

I bought a set of Lexie B2s powered buy Bose hearing devices about 2 years ago. In the two years I have had to send them in for repair 3 times one time they had to be replaced costing me for a couple of times. The last time they were sent in the battery had went bad on one and they wanted $250 to fix it. I don’t wear them that much and have had nothing but trouble with them. So I’m giving a bad review on the Lexie B2 hearing devices.

I have only moderate hearing loss, but my Lexie B2 hearing aids are a big help – especially in group settings. I love being able to adjust them using the Lexie app. Here in the UK, our National Health Service has yet to cover hearing aids with Lexie’s abilities. Purchasing them privately is exorbitantly expensive. So, your “off the shelf” option is a Godsend. Thanks!
