Unsatisfactory experience with products and in-store purchase experience
I am purchasing my glasses from Lenskart for past 10 to 12 years. However, it is not good and not satisfactory experience with respect to both products and in-store purchase experience. 1. One of the glasses (frameless one) power is not adjusting to my eyes even after 5 days. I need to exchange this product2. When I planned to purchase another premium shades during the original purchase, Sales personnel in store (KPHB, Kukatpally, Hyderabad) has suggested me to purchase it during delivery as I will get extra discount. However, they have denied the same when I came for the purchase during the delivery.
