Rocky start but good support
I just signed up for Learnworlds. I spent the last two days creating a course. Now all my work has completely disappeared. I contacted support and got a very prompt response but there is some issue with the program. I was never prompted to save my work. I know usually it will prompt me but it didn't. I have been on my computer all day. I have not shut it down nor closed my browser nor have I closed the many browser windows that Learnworlds has opened each time I do anything on the program. I am waiting to see if they can retrieve my work. This is a rocky beginning to our relationship. UPDATE - The work was lost but still getting lots of real person support. I appreciate the human touch. I am adding an extra star.

The interface looks great, the design is really nice, and the overall user experience is very simple and intuitive. The prompt and very helpful customer service is also a very positive experience.
