Customer services is shocking
Customer services is shocking! If you want to book a cabin bags, or any kind of extras I wouldn’t bother. Dreadful experience that caused me weeks of stress. I wish I had just booked through easyjet. They turned out to be more helpful in the end after I had to reach out to them.

Rubbish customer service
All goes well - until you need to contact them. The AI chat is absolutely crap, doesn't offer enough questions, eventually says it will connect you to a human and that's the last you hear of anything. Tried several times to update my credit card details, to no avail. Surprise surprise, I get an email saying they can't take my payment. Phone number directs you to the crap robot or isn't answered.Eventually I had to just pay the whole balance early to settle it.Absolutely dreadful customer service

I could not go on holiday due to having…
I could not go on holiday due to having an operation totally out of the blue 4 weeks before my holiday, i contacted lastminute and have heard nothing back from them, very disappointed. i was part of a party of 15 and the best man for a wedding, i think its poor no communication
